About this property
Betty's Cottage, Brancaster, Norfolk
Betty's Cottage is situated on the beach road in Brancaster and is ideal for those who are searching for a great place to stay, in walking distance of both the sea and a good gastro pub and shop.
This light and bright single-storey detached cottage with quality fittings throughout, is ideal for a family, couples or a small group of friends wanting to stay in one of the closest houses to the beach. So if walking and having the sand between your toes in under a 15-minute walk is your thing, then this is the place for you!
With three well-presented bedrooms with luxury Egyptian cotton linens and silk filled mattress toppers, William Morris linen curtains plus two quality bathrooms, you will be assured of a good night's sleep and be able to relax and rejuvenate after a busy day exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped and the open plan living area is sociable and welcoming with a wood burning stove and lovely solid oak flooring.
If you do feel energetic and want a more active week, pack your bike as there are cycle racks with waterproof covers to store up to six bikes plus wellie racks to store your muddy boots outside. Equally if you want to keep up to speed with what's going on the in world then there is also good broadband at the cottage.
At Betty's, the owners have also thoughtfully built in some pampering facilities for your dogs too, with a washing area (including shampoo) to rinse away the sand and salt from their fur and paws after a fun day on the beach.
With driveway parking to the front and all rooms located on the ground floor, this cottage is both practical and accommodating, in this ever-popular North Norfolk coastal village. It regularly attracts repeat visitors, which is testament to its year-round appeal and the owners who live close by.
Betty's can be booked in conjunction with the neighbouring Grooms Cottage for larger groups. The cottages sit just 20ft away from one another, so both enjoy plenty of privacy yet are close enough, for two groups to enjoy quality time together.
Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Please note: Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted.
