The property is superbly located just a short walk to a wonderful beach. The property itself suited us perfectly with a bedroom for grandsons , one for a parent and one for grandparents. The garden was far bigger than the photos showed and we played there for ages in the evenings.Brilliant choice

Lovely cottage in a perfect location. The amendments to the gardens are very nicely done and make it even better to sit out in.

The propert was beautiful. Unfortunately the seat to the upstairs toilet was not fixed to the toilet. Making it impossible to be used by a female. We requested it to be fixed. It never happened and we left two days early.

Fantastic seclusion yet close to great beach walks, nature reserve nearby and wide open North Norfolk countryside.Surprising number of rooms; all clean & well prepared, with large sofa, nice conservatory, and large garden means there should be space for everyone.Loads of space for my relaxing week 'away from it all'.Plenty of complimentary jigsaws & family games

Jasmine Cottage was exactly what we were looking for - situated in a very pleasant and peaceful location, very nicely cared for home and we weren't short on anything inside. Lots of space in both house and garden which made it feel very good value for money.Unfortunately both our dogs could (and did) jump the back fence/gate as it isn't particularly high, so had to stay on the lead in the garden for the remainder of our stay. Owners of dogs with escape artist tendencies may want to consider this.

A very welcoming cosey cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very well equipped and convenient for the beach and pub, but just a few niggles, wet room very small, fan oven very noisy and the bottom of the fridge was wet when I emptied it on leaving this morning.

Brilliant cottage

We loved the cosiness of the cottage, and the fantastic garden which our Springer Spaniel raced around in. The location to the beach and local pub was brilliant. We will definitely be back.
