The resort LA TERRAZZA SULLE EGADI welcomes you in the structure. The villa is located in a park of about 15,000 square meters among olive trees, cicas, giummare, pomegranates and Mediterranean vegetation. All in a hilly area with breathtaking views of the Egadi islands and the stagnone reserve with the island of Mothia.
The estate is composed of different housing solutions, for a total of 16 beds each finely furnished and autonomous. All accommodations are equipped with kitchen, air conditioning, wifi, parking, garden while only for the rooms with bathroom the kitchen is outside. To crown the beauty of the place, there is the pool, where completely immersed, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the Egadi islands
The villa is located in Marsala in a large property with a garden in a hilly area a few kilometers from the sea and the city center of Marsala, a short distance from the airport V. Florio and from the Trapani-Palermo highway. the villa is available for events and weddings.
The whole villa is surrounded by greenery, and all the apartments have access to the pool and wifi

a holiday to remember. Beautiful villa and very clean . Owners very friendly and helpful to all our questions . Beautiful swimming pool and the view of Favignana . Excellent croissants. I recommend it to those looking for relaxation and nature .

Superbe quinzaine dans cette très belle propriété

Nous avons passé quinze jours en famille (10 personnes - 3 générations) dans cette superbe immense propriété. La maison des propriétaires est dans la propriété, mais ils sont tellement discrets que ça n'est pas un problème. Les deux maisons et le bloc de 4 studios sont indépendants et tous climatisés et équipés d'une salle de bain. Nous avons décidé d'utiliser la maison près de la piscine comme local commun et de dormir dans les autres bâtiments. L'équipement cuisine, bien que minimum et parfois ancien, est complet et parfait pour l'été. Propreté indiscutable. Le barbecue est très bien. La piscine est superbe et parfaitement entretenue; la vue sur la mer et sur le jardin est fantastique. Le terrain est immense et clos et les enfants peuvent y jouer librement. Bien que la voiture soit indispensable, les commerces sont à 5-10 min. L'accès à Marsala et à la mer est très facile. Les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets, attentionnés et disponibles pour toute question ou demande. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette maison pour passer de très belles vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un très bon souvenir pour les petits et les grands.

Grandioser Aufenthalt in Westsizilien

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Westen von Sizilien verbracht. Die Unterkunft war famos, die Sauberkeit war beispielhaft und der Swimmingpool war ein Traum. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich und um unser Wohl bemüht. Ihr Restaurant in Marsala ist eine Offenbarung. Die einzige Einschränkung ist, dass das Wlan nur im Bereich des Haupthauses funktioniert.

Terrazza sulle Egadi

Posto incantevole, appartamento "le Egadi " in una posizione fantastica con un panorama senza eguali. Angolo barbecue ottimo . La piscina con vista sulle Egadi fantastica, molto apprezzata dai miei figli. Unica nota dolente scoperta all'arrivo che l'energia elettrica si paga a parte superati, i 6 Kw/h che si consumano in tempo zero ( il conto lo scopri solo alla partenza). A parte quest'ultima nota tutto il resto fantastico.

WONDERFUL! BELLISIMA!

I was there from 23 july-30th july and I had my wedding in their beautiful garden. I rented all of the apartments for myy guests to enjoy and they all loved it. The view and the pool amazing, there's a restaurant and grocery store about 20 min by walking but I do recomend to have car so you can drive to Marsala city or Trapani City because the house lies between. Lucia thhe owner is kind and very helpful. She arranged my wedding day and it was marvelous. They even have a fantastic restaurant by the harbour of Marsala, they were simply amazing people. Her daughter Gabriella helped us find the house because it's a bit hidden. We were lucky enough to meet these wonderful people. I loved everything about it. Ero lì da 23 LUGLIO - 30 luglio e ho avuto il mio matrimonio nel loro bellissimo giardino . Ho affittato tutti gli appartamenti per gli ospiti di godere di myy e tutti ci è piaciuto molto . La vista e la piscina incredibile, c'è un ristorante e negozio di alimentari circa 20 minuti a piedi ma io raccomando di avere auto in modo da poter guidare a città di Marsala e Trapani Città perché la casa si trova tra . Lucia proprietario thhe è gentile e molto disponibile. Ha organizzato giorno del mio matrimonio ed è stato meraviglioso. Hanno anche un fantastico ristorante vicino al porto di Marsala , erano persone semplicemente sorprendenti. Sua figlia Gabriella ha aiutato a trovare la casa perché è un po 'nascosto . Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare queste persone meravigliose . Mi è piaciuto tutto .

Un' oasi di pace

Un paradiso! La posizione della casa e' splendida, con vista su Mothia e le Egadi, immersa nel verde. L'appartamento e' spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Lo spazio esterno arredato con cura per magnifici aperitivi o cene al tramonto. I miei figli hanno particolarmente apprezzato la piscina, ovviamente! Lucia e' una padrona di casa gentilissima e discreta... Insomma, ripeto, un paradiso!

"Quel bel endroit .. Les 2 maisons cote à cote garantissent un confort maximum si vous partez à plusieurs familles. La piscine, la vue dégagée sur la campagne, les belles terrasses autours de la maison .. rien de manque. En plus, sur place, un charmant couple très attentionné vient s''occuper de l''entretien de la piscine chaque jour, et vous exerce à la langue Italienne ... una vacanza fantastica che conserveremo nel cuore

"Un posto incantevole in mezzo alla campagna siciliana, dove con gli amici del cuore e un buon bicchiere di vino abbiamo trascorso serate incantevoli guardando i tramonti sull’isola di Favignana, Mothia e la laguna dello Stagnone, facendo nuotate in piscina, grigliate di carne e pesce e aperitivi al tramonto . La casa è isolata silenziosa e fresca ideale per più famiglie anche con molti bambini, serve l’auto ma è centrale rispetto a tutta la zona occidentale della Sicilia, vi sono posti bellissimi, spiagge meravigliose e calette incantevoli con mare limpido e azzurro in cui è frequente vedere i delfini . L’ospitalità dei padroni di casa e soprattutto di Lucia e Stefano hanno reso il tutto ancora più entusiasmante. Una vacanza in Sicilia che ci rimarrà sempre nel cuore.

RELAX PACE E UNA VEDUTA SPETTACOLARE SULLE EGADI

una vacanza da non dimenticare, bellissima la villa, bellissimo il panorama. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, molta pace e relax. La casa molto pulita e ben arredata con mobili in legno massello. Disponibilissimi i proprietari a qualunque nostra richiesta. Vicino alle mete più ambite, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani. La consiglio a tutti.

Carissima Lucia e famiglia, mi scuso se solo ora sto scrivendo la recensione ma è un periodo turbolento! Abbiamo soggiornato ben due volte in questo Vostro piccolo Regno e devo dire che l'unica pecca per questo bijoux sono... I TURISTI MALEDUCATI CHE VI DISTRUGGONO TUTTO! Ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra in entrambe le casette: discrete, luminose, accoglienti e funzionali. La nostra sorpresa più grande è stata passeggiare insieme al coniglietto, mascotte del Vostro piccolo Paradiso! Siamo stati benissimo e voi siete persone veramente alla mano e molto disponibili, ora posso dirvelo: se non vedevate più fichi era perchè me li mangiavo tutti io durante il pomeriggio! Ho un piccolo terreno con i fichi e pure quel vostro albero ha contribuito a farmi sentire a casa!Deliziosissimi! Un cielo speciale si vede da tutte le camere e nessuno si immaginerebbe che dietro quella stradina abbandonata si trovi un posto così ! E per le tasche di tutti! Sapete che io e Riccardo siamo capitati da voi non per vacanza, bensì per lavoro, state certi che se il prossimo anno dovessimo ripercorrere la stessa strada verremo sicuramente a soggiornare da voi! Quiet and relaxing place with an astonishing view

Very relaxing place with much privacy Astonishing view over Marsala and the lagune. House is clean and has a cosy interior. There is a large veranda and several other places you can sit in the sun, shadow, with or without wind. Large swimming pool is close to the house. The owners are very friendly. You will need a car.

Erg mooie tijd gehad bij Lucia en Stefano!

We kwamen erg laat aan, omdat we de weg erheen niet konden vinden, Lucia en Stefano zijn ons uiteindelijk op een nabijgelegen hotelparkeerplaats komen ophalen, waarna we om 01.00 uur 's nachts nog een spaghetti maaltijd kregen aan hun eettafel, die ook nog op dat tijdstip bereid werd! En dat allemaal onder gezang van Stefano! echt heel gezzlige mensen dus, die erg servicegericht zijn. Een auto heb je wel nodig, want strand ligt niet naast de deur en o.v. hebben wij niet kunnen achterhalen wat de vertrektijden zijn van de bus. De woning was schoon en goed onderhouden. Kruidenrekje, peper en zout, waterfles stonden al klaar. TV stond wel in de advertentie, maar was er niet. Voor ons geen probleem, waarschijnlijk als we ernaar gevraagd hadden, hadden ze dat nog voor ons geïnstalleerd. Winkel en een barretje zijn op loopafstand te vinden. Al met al een super vakantie gehad! Praten wel maar weinig engels, maar zijn erg handig in het vinden van oplossingen; ze schakelen gewoon de hulp in van een internet vertaalmachine! en dat werkt! ze zijn in elke geval super servicegericht en willen je vakantie echt tot top niveau tillen! Ik raad deze vakantiewoning zeker aan bij vrienden en familie en wil er zelf ook nog velen malen naartoe terug! zeker omdat er maar een beperkt aantal huisjes zijn - drie in totaal - en je daardoor meer rust krijgt en je meer een voelt met de Italianen.
