This Beach cottage was built by my Father-In-Law in 1972. It has been our family vacation home for many years. The cottage has been remodeled and updated from it's 1960's original motif. My husband grew up in Sarasota, went to Sarasota High School and USF. We live in Gainesville Georgia.
Why they chose this property
This is a small quaint beach cottage with that Old Florida feel. We have Lazy Boy Living Room Furniture and Haverty's Bedroom Furniture. We have free Wi-Fi and free long distance (In teh continental US) phones. Living room has a flat screen smart TV. The updated kitchen features appliances that are all stainless steel, white cottage cabinets and custom beach decor. We have an outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with gas grill and a storage shed out back.
What makes this property unique
We have a double lot which includes a HUGE Banyan tree. This is our private home not a Condo.
