Villa is 15 steps from your own private sugar sand bay beach. Cedars East Resort is a unique vacation getaway nestled within palms and mangrove trees. Enjoy the walk to the pool along cedar plank walking paths throughout the property. Canals and a bay side fishing dock enhance the tropical feeling of this beautiful setting.

With the townhouse setting there is a feeling of privacy and “elbow room” missing at other tightly packed facilities. There is a spacious one-car enclosed garage and plenty of guest parking. This unit is steps away from the mini bay beach where you can launch a kaiak, lounge on a raft, or wade in the crystal clear bay water. Nearby are nature paths and a 32 acre nature preserve with walking trails.

Fresh accessories, new windows and fresh paint were added in late 2020, and furnished with the help of a professional designer. Newer queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and overstuffed chair in living area with 9 foot ceilings give a spacious, comfortable feel. Our accessories give it a warm, inviting atmosphere: HD TV with Netflux and YouTube TV in living area and bith befrooms. The large great room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main floor along with a half bath. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, private bath, and double vanities. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a full bath next door. Sofa in living room converts to a queen bed. A screened lanai with a small bay view is a great place for breakfast in the mornings. Come and enjoy a setting that is family-friendly as well as intimate. Full size washer and dryer near bedrooms. Brand new this season: Fluffy white towels in the master bath and thick coral towels in the second full bath. 4 oversized beach towels new too.

Area is perfect for cycling and you'll see many cyclists on the roads and walkways. A bike rental shop is nearby.

Very very very important. PLEASE remember to leave the garage remote. These drive off often. Set a reminder on your phone if that will help or bring it in the kitchen a day early.
Tie your garbage tightly in the black bag in the garage. Garbage is picked up early Monday morning.
The damage deposit covers anything even as small as a broken glass or stain let me know since this will be covered at no expense to you. We’re so greatful you chose to book this villa.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests need to register with the clubhouse for pool access fobs. Deposit is required but there are no fees for fob use.

Our host Elisha was wonderful, she was always available to us. The location of the townhouse is excellent, we enjoyed the private beach, pool, walking paths and the cultural happenings. Would love to come back next year!

I was so happy to hear when we talked what a lovely time you all had for your 2 week stay. So sorry to just now see this about the dogs barking. Usually the feed back we get is how peaceful and quiet it is back there so close to the water and you can hear the seagulls in the morning etc so I checked into it with the neighbors and confirmed the dogs were also short term rental guests. In the future either here or at other rentals let the host know during the stay. I would have taken care of it by calling my neighbors the other host family. Sorry that happened.

Great Spring Getaway

Location is great and so close to attractions and restaurants . Condo complex was immaculate and fishing pier and walk to the pool was so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in perfect location

We loved staying at this condo with own little bay, fishing pier and great shared pool. Perfect size property for a family of four and very comfortable. There are some good restaurants in walking distance and great base for exploring the local area. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We so enjoyed our time in this condo. It was quiet and so lovely. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. It was cold the first few days so just stayed in and cooked and played games but plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely stay again sometime.

Beautiful townhome in a beautiful neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay here. The island was so quiet and beautiful. The home was a short walk to sunsets and beaches. It is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and the neighborhood pool. Our host was excellent. She responded quickly with any questions and gave us the best restaurants to go to and where to enjoy the beach. The home had bikes which I enjoyed taking morning rides. It also had many other amenities I enjoyed, including a fan. It’s the small things that made our stay pleasurable.

Hi Tony. Yes there are stairs that lead from the garage up to the main level and to the bedrooms as well. It is a townhouse v a condo. We tried to show them in the photos and description. Good feedback. Last year we did a major remodel and painted the whole first level and bought new coastal diningroom furniture , an entire living room set from a shop in town and darling new chipendale twin beds and new bedding for all of the beds. We also remodeled the master shower in carara marble and even purchased some new original art work. We also just this year bought the new stainless refridgerator and stove. Next on my list is to find a cute coastal chandelier for over the table and a ceiling fan for the master for those beautiful salty air nights with the windows open. I hope you will come back to check out the new lighting next year. Thank you for staying with us.

Fun in the Sun

Fantastic place that was located minutes from beaches…where we spent a lot of time. Close to interesting attractions such as Ringling Museums, tours and shopping. This location is quiet and feels like you are at home but with sun and sand. Definitely going to come back here!

Very comfortable and clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. It was bright and cheerful and very clean. We appreciated how comfy the beds were. The beach was a short walk. And just around the corner steps away was a tide pool that we could go explore marine life during low tide. That was a favorite for our family. The sunset at the beach is incredible. They had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay at this townhome again.

Great Location

This is a nice quiet location on LBK. The condo has everything you would need for your stay. The owners were very nice and very responsive to any issues and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was going well. The unit is older and could use some updating but it was very clean.

We have been updating from the 90s decor slowly including the brand new master shower tiled in Carara subway walls and hexagon floor stainless fixtures as well as a new white farmhouse style vanity in the hall bathroom. The dining room set and mid century style tv console are also new as is all of the screened in porch furniture. Last month we had the main level freshly repainted and installed brand new crisp white easy to open windows throughout.( I upgraded the window casing to reflect a chunky modern coastal flair ) Thank you for noticing -We are very responsive with all guests having both of our cel #s and encouraged to call or text at any time with any question or if even in need of a restaurant recommendation. Please come back next year and mention the return guest discount.
