Our beautiful, one level, fully equipped home sits on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac in a non-gated community. This spacious home features a private saltwater pool with a deep end of 7ft, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ and outdoor eating area.

Featuring four bedrooms, the large king master suite has sliding door access to your backyard oasis. A large flat screen TV, walk in closet with built-ins and large en suite with dual vanities, private toilet, soaking tub and glass shower make this the perfect place to start and end your day. Second and third queen bedrooms are located down a separate hallway with their own bathroom, offering your guests a private area to call their own while they visit. Fourth queen Bedroom is located at the end of the main hallway and has a flat screen TV.

The family room is open to the kitchen and features a 55' TV , built-ins, ipod doc, gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating making it the perfect area to catch up with family and friends or simply to relax.

Our kitchen features an eat-up counter island with three stools, Gas stove, granite counter tops, and a separate dining area with table and chairs. You will feel right at home in this kitchen as it is fully stocked with modern amenities for all your baking and cooking needs.

The spacious living room features a large sectional perfect for reading or enjoying the view of the beautiful backyard pool area.

You will enjoy being just a short walk from the local park with large grass area, as well as coffee shops, convenience stores, salons, and much more.

Located just minutes away from great hiking trails, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, countless golf courses, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, major retail shops, and endless dining options.

We do require all guest to sign a rental agreement upon booking, as per city noise policies

Palm Springs - Indian Wells Tournament

This property is great with four spacious bedrooms and very well maintained. We enjoyed the spa and the very nice kitchen with all the spices that you would need. The host was very easy to communicate with. If you stay here you will enjoy the quiet neighborhood and beautiful home.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came down for the Stagecoach festival. Enjoyed the pool during the day and left for the festival in the evening. The drive to the festival was close and very convenient. Bedrooms were very nice and the kitchen was fully equipped. Will Definitely be back.

Spacious, comfortable home. Great pool

Our party was five adults - 3 of them in their 20's. The layout of the home allowed us separate spaces when desired as well as central gathering area. It was nice to have 3 queens in the guest rooms and a king in the primary suite. We spent time in & around the large pool and jacuzzi. Very enjoyable stay. Would book again.

Excellent place to stay!! Planning to return next year!

We had 6 ladies from NC in for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The tournament was almost walking distance away. Neighborhood was friendly and walkable. We found an amazing restaurant nearby.The house had great space for the six of us. Plenty of towels, space, kitchen utensils, and more. We only wish we would have booked another day.

Great stay would highly recommend.

We were visiting for a lacrosse tournament at the polo fields. This house was PERFECT and a great location. We really appreciated that the house was stocked with amenities, even simple things like tin foil, spices cleaning and laundry supplies. We tried to pay that forward by leaving leftover water and a few other things we didn’t open. Lori responded immediately with questions, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Family Stay At This La quinta House

The pictures show exactly this house. Easy house to hang as a family. The spa was great. We love to cook. The kitchen was truly stocked with what we needed. Easy to cook and bake in this kitchen while family was hanging around. Lori, the manager, was easy to work with and friendly. This house is in a good nice quiet locaction.

Golfing Weekend in the Sun

We are 4 friends that decided to get together for a golfing weekend in the desert. The location was fantastic and both Tom and Lori answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. The property was exactly as described and actually more than we good have wished for. I am sure we will be back. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

Just book it!!!

The moment you walk in the house you feel at home. It’s very inviting! The pool is amazing! The beds are super comfy. Plenty of board games for the family. House is stocked with cooking essentials which helps and if you need anything Lori is very quick to reply back. My family has decided this will be our new vacation spot! 🙂 Can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay in La Quinta

Three families stayed at the property while playing in a lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo Grounds. Property was perfect for that purpose. Close to the tournament facility and great place to rest and unwind after the day. House was exactly as described in the listing. Lots of space for all of us, and a GREAT pool / hot tub. Easy access to all areas of the Indio / La Quinta area and close to shopping of all kinds and everything you might need. Hosts are accommodating and provided everything we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful post COVID RETREAT

We had an amazing 5 day stay. Lori was so helpful and communicated with us several times. The instructions were very good. The home is very clean and so well stocked. An extra refrigerator in the garage is a great touch. The beds were very comfy. And then the backyard pool and spa area are beyond words. We spent many hours just floating in the water and relaxing in the sun. We definitely recommend and want to come back.

Best home we’ve stayed at in Palm Springs area

We’ve been to Palm Springs over Christmas at least 6 years and this is definitely the best home we’ve stayed at! We loved the layout, plenty of space for our family of 5, and loved the amazing outdoor area and pool. The pool was large enough for kids to play around and the hot tub was nice and warm for us to relax in while the kids were playing. Definitely pay for heating the pool - it makes it perfect to swim in even in December. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/ pans/ appliances needed. Beds were super-comfortable. Just great all around- highly recommend it. We’re going to book for next year!

Family getaway

The home was perfect for our family of 7. It was a nice getaway to wind down and relax for a week. The home was clean with plenty of room for all of us. The owners were responsive and friendly and let us check-in a few hours early. The outdoor grill was huge and the pool was amazing! It was big with a deep end that was at least 7 feet or so. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware so we could make the majority of our own meals. The Walmart Marketplace was just a 10 minute walk for supplies. There was a nice park a few blocks away for the younger ones. We loved seeing the wild roadrunner that roamed around on the sidewalk outside the house. We ventured out occasionally to see Joshua Tree State Park and to ride the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, both of which were within an hours drive. Would definitely come back again!

Best VRBO in 5 years. Walked in CLEAN! Next everything you need (hardly ever the case) ie plates, pots, pans, snap ware, serving dishes, plenty of plates, glasses, towels & beach towels. Washer & Dryer big & new. Appreciated well stocked upon arrival (TP, plastic wrap, laundry soap, shampoo, dw soap etc) NOTHING BROKEN!! Also never the case. Hosts excellent about response to questions. 10/10

Absolutely the best rental experience ever!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this warm and welcoming property! The heated pool and spa were absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. The property itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also fantastic - just a short drive from a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Palm Springs/La Quinta area. Perfect getaway for our week before Xmas.

The house was very clean, organized and well stocked. Lori was very helpful and responsive in replying to my questions. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable beds. Shuffleboard was great, lots of games. Great tvs and wifi. Kitchen had everything , spices, etc. Extra fridge in garage. Lots of towels, floaters, for the pool, spa. Heater works amazing for both, clean deep pool. Quiet, safe neighbourhood, one mile from the 10 freeway. We hope to come back.

Terrific stay in La Quinta

Not overly flashy, but checked all the boxes. Well organized, clean, had everything we needed for a great family getaway. Host was outstanding. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We first fell in the love with the spaciousness and amenities of this home. We have a large family and yet the layout and size of this home allowed us space to spread out and be comfortable. We also love the location, it is just a short walk away from a nice open grass area with park, coffee shops, convenience stores, salons, and more.
