4 bedroom villa Belvedere with heated pool, jacuzzi close town & Playa den Bossa

Lovely villa Belvedere with four bedrooms and three bathrooms hated pool and heated jacuzzi from April to December.
To keep the pool warm, please cover the pool with the pool cover every night; if not, it will cool down the temperature of the pool:
Water temperature:
April, May, September, October 28- 35 degree,
June, July, August - 35- 40+ degrees
November 26-29 degrees, depending on if you cover the pool every night with the pool cover.


Distance by car from the villa to:
airport - 6 min,
Playa den Bossa -10 min,
old town and Pacha - 12 min, San Antonio, Amnesia and Privilege- 15 min.
This amazing property has a beautiful garden, jacuzzi, BBQ, two living rooms, two kitchens, two fireplaces, a big pool, sun loungers
Winter rental from November to April costs 3000 Euro per month.

This villa can sleep a maximum of 4 couples; if you are more, please don`t book it.
Party and loud music, animals are not allowed in this villa!!!!!

Before you book this villa please read and agree with the house rules:

We can organise also transport from the airport to the villa, grocery shopping, VIP tables in all clubs, rent of boats and yachts in Ibiza

HOUSE RULES


Before you book a villa flat all people from your group have to read, understand, and accept these house rules, if you don`t agree with the rules, please don`t book this villa!!!!

- Please respect a moderate noise level, as there are local families living around.

- Parties at the property and playing of loud music at the pool are not allowed! You can play music at the pool only from a smartphone who is connected with a small music box!!! Keep the doors and windows shut to avoid police interaction.

- Do not play loud music outside on the terrace, balcony, or garden area.

- you have to bring the rubbish to the bin and wash the dishes, if not the penalty is 50 Euro!!!

- Please respect that there are no more people allowed to stay in the Villa then the amount that has been booked.

- Do not leave the house unattended without closing the windows and doors.

- If a key is lost, we will immediately change all keys. For this, we will charge 250€ from the Deposit.

- Dishes must be washed and the kitchen must be cleaned before check out time.

You have 4 sets of keys for all doors of the building and 2 remote controls for the gate

About the security of the property:
-You always have to lock the door twice when you leave.
-you have to close and lock all windows and the balcony doors, when you leave the property and when you stay in the property
- Please turn off the lights inside the house, not outside, and turn off the air-con, when you leave the house.

Don`t smoke inside, only outside, please.

Please clean your feet, when you come back from the beach. At the pool, you have a shower. The sand can block the bathrooms when it is blocked you cannot take a shower and maybe you have to leave the villa and you have to pay for this 100 Euro on the top cash.If I cannot clean the bathroom and have to call a special company to clean it. You have to pay self the bill to this company!!!

If the villa is very dirty you must pay 100 Euro for the cleaning on the top.
The villa is very dirty:
- when on the ground have some liquids, glasses, oils, alcohol, cigarettes, papers etc, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is blocked, and you have to pay 100 Euro on top.

If you see any damages in the villa, you have to report them during the check-in. You have to pay for all damages that were not reported to you. If something doesn't work, please tell us straight away, not on the last day!!!

Please clean you make up with paper, not with the towels or with bedsheets. If I see that they are dirty from makeup, you have to pay for a new towel or for a new bedsheet.

Prices for missing or very dirty towels and bedsheets: small 15 Euro, big 25 Euro. Prices for bed sheets: small 50 Euro, big 75 Euro.

The owner does not take any responsibilities for lost or damaged or any personal injuries within the staying in the property

If you do not follow any of these rules, the contract can be canceled and you have to leave immediately the villa, without any money refund.

Late check-in from 0:00 until 6 am cost 50 Euro extra

People under 21 years old have to pay double security deposit =2000 Euro/ GBP/USD/CHF
