The owner, Matteo was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. He was waiting for us with a smile as we arrived and graciously offered and took us to the train station. The unit was as described, clean and spacious. The best feature of this property was its location in the heart of Cattolica, steps from the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.
