Relaxing, beautiful stay

The property is gorgeous and is situated nicely with a great view of the valley and the water. The space is well-kept, roomy, and well-appointed, and stays quite cool with the windows open. We loved the pool and enjoyed a few dinners out on the terrace—the grill is great! Rooms are comfortable. The beaches and local sights are a very close drive, as are several grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. The owner was very responsive when we had some questions. We will definitely be back! Our only recommendation is to bring some bug repellant when you come, as the mosquitos come out at night.

Wonderful coastal home experience!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful Colonge location. The pool, landscaping and views were absolutely perfect! The house featured all we needed to enjoy a coffee on the terrace in the morning, and a nice kitchen and dining space for dinners in. It was HOT, the fans did help but it was difficult to cool down as having the windows open welcomed lots of mosquitoes in the evenings. We traveled with our elderly father in law, who took some time to adjust to the stair situation. The restrooms were located on the lower level only, but we made it work. Excellent communication with the owner when we had questions. It was a very memorable stay.

Très agréable maison, sur les hauteurs de Calonge, dans le quartier de Cabanyes. Nous y avons passé deux semaine, avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est bien équipée, avec suffisamment d’espace. Une très agréable vue dégagée, un magnifique jardin, et une piscine très agréable pour profiter des vacances et se rafraîchir.Orin a toujours été très réactif et vraiment un hôte accueillant. Tou s’est formidablement bien passé, nous avons adoré notre séjour, tant pour le côté repos, que pour le côté visites de cette belle Costa Brava que nous ne connaissions pas.

Tolle Aussicht, schönes Haus, schöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von St. Antoni de Calogne. Das Haus liegt am Berg in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist in 10min am Strand. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, hat allerdings keine Klimaanlage. Für uns war es kein Problem da es nicht zu heiß war. In jedem Zimmer gab es einen Ventilator, was ausreichend war. Es gab mehr als genug Geschirr für 8 Personen. Außerdem gab es eine Spülmaschine, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Mikro und 2 Kühlschränke mit Tiefkühler. Da fehlte es uns an nichts.Kleinen Abzug gibt es für den eng bemessenen Stauraum für die Kleider für 8 Personen. Außerdem muss man sich mit Mückenspray ausstatten. Wir konnten uns nicht ohne draußen aufhalten. Da wäre es toll wenn das ein oder andere Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet wäre. Der Kontakt zu Orin war einfach und unkompliziert. Eine Antwort kam immer innerhalb von Minuten. Das war spitze. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, jammer dat er geen airco was. Voor de rest alles voortreffelijk. Eigenaar is zeer bereikbaar.

Super emplacement, vue à couper le souffle

Très belle semaine passée dans cet hébergement, la vue est dégagée et panoramique. Idéal pour passer un moment au calme et se ressourcer. Propriétaires très réactifs, et très agréables.

Gran fin de semana

Todo fué genial. Muy buena atención por parte de Orin y Laura. Nos encontramos la placa de inducción dañada en su suoerficie pero funcionaba perfectamente. Las barbacoas y las vistas junto a la piscina un espectáculo.

Lugar súper precioso para desconectar

Lugar idílico con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un findesemana de desconexión. La zona de la piscina nos ha encantado es perfecta, la zona de la cocina y salón ideal con una terraza con unas vistas fabulosas y la comunicación con el propietario de 10. Solo una única pega hay muchos mosquitos pero esto no está bajo control de los propietarios solo si podrían poner spray para mosquitos. Pero la valoración general un 10 lo recomiendo

Family stay in October

We were very happy with the house, good location, excellent facilities, including a large terrasse with morning sun and swimming pool. One bedroom is in the middle between the master bedroom and the corridor, but it did not pose a problem for us. We were 8 people and the house worked perfect for us. The owner was very helpful and responded swiftly on our questions.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille (8 adultes) dans la Villa de Orin et Laura, située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, la terrasse et la magnifique vue panoramique donnant jusqu'à la mer. Une super adresse pour découvrir la Catalogne.

Très beau séjour chez Laura et Orin

Maison très agréable. Bien équipée et avec beaucoup d’avantages. Plusieurs terrasses pour l’ombre, quartier résidentiel extrêmement calme, chambres avec bonne literie, belle vue dégagée de toutes les pièces. Situation parfaite pour découvrir une région nature et authentique.

Globalement, très bonne expérience: Maison agréable, avec piscine, située dans une belle région, à proximité de la mer, avec possibilité de randonnées et multiples activités. Petits bémols sur la maison : un ou deux parasols de plus seraient bienvenus, la climatisation devra être installée et la machine à laver la vaisselle lave mal.

We enjoyed our stay a lot

We liked the swimming pool and surroundings, these are a big plus. A point for improvement would be to install a new airco downstairs and upstairs for this type of climate that is a necessity especially during the night. And we liked the book with instructions and tips and as well the fast and personal communication with the owner. So thank you very much for having us.

Unforgettable time

The house was perfect for outdoor living. The children practically lived by the pool. In the evening, we watched the sunset and had dinner at the balcony with the beautiful view of the coast and the villages around it. .

Peaceful paradise

This home is absolutely beautiful both inside and the most spectacular outside!! The outdoor gardens and eating areas just beautiful and the pool a huge hit with the children! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful! Home was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and actually didnt do that much exploring because our kids just loved the pool. But the nearby beaches are so spectacular as well! Had a few questions and the owner was very prompt in responding and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

Orin and Laura were very responsive/attentive hosts. The property itself has a breathtaking view, wonderful outdoor areas and pool. The indoor space is great too. Very comfortable. It was such a nice place to spend our first few days of vacation.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

Spent a lovely week in this lovely villa with our 3 teenage children. The views are fantastic and sitting by the pool looking out to the mountains is breathtaking. The villa is semi detached but we had a quiet french family next to us so it wasn’t a problem. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom which was fine for our family but might not suit everyone. The owner was brilliant to deal with and very responsive to all my questions and the villa was clean and well located. Easy to get to Platja D’Aro and Sant Antoni de Calonge. Overall a great week in a lovely villa .

Lovely villa with stunning views in a peaceful location

Very well maintained villa and gardens with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. Communication with the owners was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Would have been 5 stars overall if the air con had been working but I understand this is being replaced very soon. Thank you for a lovely stay!
