Beautiful house & swimming pool

Very warm welcome with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Swimming pool was ready to go! Very good communication for preparation of the trip, also during the trip we received extra tips for activities. Maintenance of the Swimming pool and garden is impeccable. The location (Liguria) was a bit less, but that is personal.

Hervorragende Unterkunft für Familien

Das sehr schöne Haus mit kindgerechtem Pool und gepflegtem Garten liegt am Ortsrand von Garlenda. Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben mit zwei Kindern (2 1/2 und 1 Jahr alt) hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Eine Schaukel und ein Spielhaus haben neben dem Pool für viel Spaß gesorgt. Im Ort gibt es einen großen Spielplatz und am Marktplatz eine nette kleine Bar (mit Eis!) und für den Notfall sogar eine Apotheke . Margot und Carlo haben sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt auf dem eingefriedeten Grundstück. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön

Margot und Carlo sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Hübsches Haus in einem wunderschönen Garten. Toller Pool. Alles was man für gemütliche Ferien braucht war vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Ferien hier sehr genossen! Übrigens: Albenga, Alassio und Laiguelia sind in der Nähe und sehr sehenswert.

Tolle Gastgeber eines wunderbaren Hauses in schöner Umgebung

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Die Villa Margot verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt und insbesondere für kleine Kinder (unsere waren bei Aufenthalt 1 und 3 Jahre alt) ist der Pool das Highlight (es geht flach rein) und der Garten mit Schaukel und Spielhaus war ebenso der Hit für die Kleinen. Das Haus ist sehr sicher für die Kids (zBTreppengitter, Pool mit Gatter und Glocke gesichert). Es gibt mehrere Bäder und Schlafzimmer, so dass auch eine größere Personenzahl als wir (4) sehr viel Platz hätten! Auf 2 Terrassen kann man sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Dinner im Freien genießen (Mitte September war die ideale Temperatur dafür). Mückenspray nicht vergessen! Ein vorhandener Gasgrill ist eine super Alternative, falls man einmal nicht die (wirklich guten) Restaurants in Garlenda und Umgebung nutzen möchte. Zum Meer sind es 10 -15 Minuten Autofahrt und große Supermärkte in Albenga und Alassio sind in gleicher Zeit erreichbar. Daniela als Kontakt für die Buchung war super - es kam stets eine prompte Antwort auf alle Fragen rund um die Anmietung - vor Ort waren Margot und Carlo (wohnen ein paar Autominuten entfernt) grandios- es gab tolle Tips für Ausflüge (zB Strände, Aquarium Genua, Monaco) und Empfehlungen für die besten Gelegenheiten zum Kauf von Wein und Olivenöl! Die beiden waren so super nett und zuvorkommend, so dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat - die Kinder haben sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen! Wir hoffen, schon bald wiederkommen zu können!

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer ganz tollen kinderfreundlichen Finca mit super Pool, tolle Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Pool wurde auch währenddessen wir dort waren regelmäßig vom Vermieter mit Vorankündigung ordentlich gereinigt. Die Besitzer sind ganz arg nette Menschen und sehr kinderbezogen. Alles sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne, erholsame Ferien

Das Herz und die Seele der Villa Margot mit dem wunderschönen Garten sind Margot und Carlo, die uns herzlich empfangen haben. Das Haus und der Garten sind mit viel Liebe gestaltet, die Ausstattung ist top und der Pool ist ein Traum. Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist sehr zu empfehlen! Séjour parfait

Tout était parfait à commencer par l'installation. Les propriétaires sont adorables. La maison est magnifique, les extérieurs époustouflants avec aucun vis à vis et de la verdure tout autour. La piscine est idéalement située en plein soleil et très bien équipée. La maison est parfaite pour les enfants car très sécurisée. La région est très attractive, plein de choses à voir à 8minutes seulement. A faire et à refaire!!!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Haus ist grandios und hält was es verspricht. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es ist sehr ruhig-top für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Darüber hinaus ist bestens für die Sicherheit von Kleinkindern gesorgt.

Toller Familienurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Auch die komplette Ausstattung des Hauses (Küche, Grill, Klimaanlage etc.) war sehr gut. Alle Treppen, sowie der Zugang zum Pool sind gesichert. Die Villa ist somit perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, von den wenigen Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in Garlenda, die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Auch ein kleiner Laden für das Nötigste ist vorhanden. Größere Einkäufe haben wir allerdings mit dem Auto in Albenga erledigt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter und ihre Familie sind alle sehr nett und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Sie haben uns auch mit vielen tollen Tipps für unseren Urlaub versorgt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Margot und Carlo, sowie dem Rest der Familie wünschen wir weiterhin alles Gute und bleibt gesund!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Die Villa wurde uns von der Besitzerin ausgiebig gezeigt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der Außenbereich ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und bietet verschiedene abgetrennte Bereiche - gerade mit Kindern perfekt.

Siamo stati in questa splendida casa, molto suggestiva per il Ns capodanno 2020 , atmosfera con camino e sofà comodi con delle finestre alla francese molto gradevoli..avvolta da un giardino con piscina..zona relax con tavolo altalena e divanetti..in somma il tutto necessario per star bene e godere del tempo in un ambiente molto tranquillo e confortevole... Ci torneremo in Estate, perché dimenticavo c'è vicino il mare a pochi km ...,😉

Cosy villa for a family vacation

Really nice place in the foothills of Garlenda. Quiet neighbourhood in a tiny village close to Alassio where you can find the beach and some nice little shops. The villa is very child friendly and accomodated our extended family well. Daniela and her sister were super nice and welcoming. Very clean house, nice pool that is partly suitable for children. The weather was very hot, yet the villa stayed quite cool.

Liebevolles, hochwertiges Haus in der Natur

Wunderschönes, hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool. Zum (super!) Bäcker, Metzger , Fischladen und kleinem Supermarkt in Villanova d'Albenga muss man mit dem Auto fahren (ca.8min), dafür hat man eine ruhige Lage in der Natur. Daniela Ghezzi die Hausbesitzerin hat schnell und freundlich auf alle Fragen geantwortet und auch Babybettchen und Hochstühle standen zur Verfügung. Überhaupt ist das Haus sehr gut kinder geeignet und -gesichert. Treppengitter sowie ein Tor mit Glocke zum Pool, gaben uns Eltern ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl, eine Schaukel und Kinderhäuschen im Garten waren das Highlight für die Kleinen. Die Eltern von Daniela Ghezzi haben uns empfangen und alles gezeigt, Sie waren sehr freundlich und haben uns einige Tipps für den Aufenthalt, den Strandbesuch, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Die Wasserqualität des Pools wurde alle paar Tage von Herrn Ghezzi kontrolliert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Danke für die schönen Ferien an Familie Ghezzi.
