Near the centre of the historic city of Agde, this second floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms sleeps 4 adults and 1-2 children.
The living space consists of an open plan diner, sitting area and kitchen with the kitchen opening onto a private balcony roof terrace for guests to enjoy outside eating or relaxing in the sun.
The bathroom consists of a large shower room with wash hand basin located between the two bedrooms.
There is a separate toilet and utility area leading off the kitchen.
The cosy sitting area is centred around a small log burning stove and there is a sofabed for 1-2 children.
The kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge freezer, full cooker and essential cooking utensils.
Parking is provided for one vehicle in the large secure and private garage immediately below the apartment.
The location of this apartment is within a short walking distance of the town centre with its shops and restaurants, cinema and other facilities.
The resorts of Cap d Agde, Grau d Agde and beautiful Mediterranean beaches are all about 4 km away and can be easily accessed by public transport if desired.
