Sleeps 12 (10 adults and 2 children) - Seaspray is a stunning house in Elie, Fife. Only 12 miles from St Andrews, this is a perfect house for group holidays or large families. With a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor it is suitable for accommodating with reduced mobility or for families. To the harbour end of Elie, it is in one of the most desirable locations of this village. With views of the beaches and the harbour. There is also a small balcony off the sitting room to enjoy the views, this is a perfect spot. Seaspray is a modern 3 storey house with spectacular sea views from the upper 2 levels. The top floor of this property has 2 bedrooms (one King and one twin) with spectacular sea views with an ensuite Jack and Jill shower room with WC. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom with shower over the bath and a large lounge with ample comfortable seating. On the lower level there is a family bedroom (double bed and adult sized bunk beds for childrens use only) with en-suite shower room, a dining room, well equipped kitchen and utility room. The property has a driveway with space for 3 cars and a secluded garden with patio area.This property is modern and well furnished to make your stay as relaxed as possible. On arrival at Seaspray there is ample off road parking for 3 cars to the front of the house. There is outdoor seating, a great place to enjoy a morning coffee.

The house was great. Plenty space for our annual family get-away, and well stocked with kitchen equipment and crockery to keep the 12 of us going without constantly washing up. The location is ideal with easy access to the beach walks in all directions, and the local shops and restaurant. Everyone agreed we would definitely return!

Brilliant accommodation - so clean & comfortable and with everything we needed for a lovely gathering of friends that was full of friendship & laughter.Weather was amazing & the location was perfect for getting to the beach and the pub. We enjoyed the garden for breakfast & dinner and the living room was perfect for when the evenings got a bit cooler. Plenty of space for everyone & comfortable beds - couldn’t ask for more!

I grew up in Elie and this was a trip down memory lane reuniting my US family and my Scottish family of origin. Seaspray is an ideal house for such a reunion. 5 bedrooms, a BIG dining table, plenty of crockery, 3 bathrooms, a lovely large sitting room, and easy access to beach, the Ship Inn, etc. were all big advantages. The house is clean, cosy, and has modern amenities. The hosts provided a travel cot and high chair for our youngest family member. We were VERY happy with our choice and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would return without hesitation.

Family weekend

We had a lovely stay with out kids and partners and our three small grandkids to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday - it was a lovely house in a great location. Everything was first class- house very well decorated and equipped and very warn and comfortable . Everything we need was provided. We will definitely go back and would recommend the house to others

Great property

Communication was great and entry to the property was smooth. Property had all one would need for a stay and kitchen was well equipped. So glad there was a tumble dryer as the weather was typical for the area and we were soaked on more than one occasion and clothing needed washing and drying. Lovely location and really enjoyed the proximity to the sea. Edinburgh was about 1hour 15 minutes away. Would thoroughly recommend this property. A very relaxing time.

5 star experience. Beautiful home, ideal for large groups. House was decorated and furnished to a high standard- and very clean. Great welcome pack, very informative and well thought out. The goodies were also a lovely touch. We were less than a 2 minute walk from The Ship Inn, which was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and attentive....the food was fabulous...definitely need to book in advance. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

House by the sea

Lovely house with lots of space for the 3 generations we holidayed with. Lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Some wear and tear especially dining room chairs. Great garden space and very close to the beach and Fife coastal path.

A wonderful house for agroup of friends to stay

The house is perfectly situated just metres from the lovely Elie beach and coastal walks. The house is very comfortable and spacious for a large group with everything necessary to make the holiday perfect and the owner has decorated the house beautifully. There is parking for 3 cars and more parking nearby. Perfect!

We just spent a wonderful week at Seaspray in Elie. Thanks to Kelly and Angus who own the gorgeous house which was our home for six days. Clean, very well equipped, styled and decorated perfectly to reflect its seaside location. There were eight people in our party, but there was plenty of room for more. It was chilly when we visited, but the house is lovely and warm. The huge lounge has three comfy sofas and a number of chairs. The balcony window looks out to the sea. The house is a few short yards from the beach and The Ship Inn, which is a dog-friendly pub/restaurant with views of the bay and a tasty menu. There’s some fabulous walks nearby, with stunning views of the coast. There’s a deli nearby that stocks freshly baked bread, pies and quiches and the neighbouring town of Anstruther has a huge Co-Op. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to anyone seeking a comfortable & relaxing large family home in a beautiful area of Fife. We’d definitely go back.
