This property requires a minimum of a 3night stay and cannot accommodate Sunday arrivals. A wonderful, detached country home in Norwich, Norfolk and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.
Cherry Tree Cottage is a wonderful, detached country home in Norwich, Norfolk. It has five bedrooms: one master with king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, one double, one single and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room in a separate annexe. There is a bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. There is an additional sitting room in the annex, and a utility room. Off-road parking is available. Outside has a private lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided. Note: Minimum 5 night booking over Christmas. Note: Holiday bookings only, no worker bookings. Note: This property has a minimum 3 night stay and cannot accommodate Sunday arrivals. Note: This property does not have EV charging facilities and for insurance purposes, vehicles are not to be charged at the property
Amenities: Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Private rear lawned garden with patio area and furniture and built in BBQ ( owner provides first bag of charcoal). 11x Travel cot and 1x highchair provided at the property and additional child bed (available on request). Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry no smoking. Pub 2 miles, Shop 3 miles. Note; Access to bunk bed room is via the master bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
