Top modern cottage located just 50 meters from the sea. With your own boat. The cottage was built in 2018 and is of consistently high quality.
The cottage has a lovely west-facing terrace, with sun until late in the evening.
The lodge is ideally suited for holidays, recreation, as well as for business trips or as an accommodation, in connection with events at the nearby hotel Panorama Hotel and Resort.
From the living room and terrace, you have fantastic sea views.

Good house for 7 people, NOT MORE!

We stayed here for 3 nights with 10 adult persons (because the site said this was possible). The site prescribed 5 bedrooms, but there were only 3 for two persons and one for one person. 3 adult persons had to sleep in the hall with no curtains or a comfortable bed, leading to a temperature of 30 degrees by night. There was nothing said about a fold-out seat and a folding bed. This was unacceptable. By arrival the code of the door did not work, the bedlinnen was not done and above all the house was not al all cleaned by the Cleaning women. We tried to get a compensation from the owner, but we got nothing back except for the extra money we already payed for the bedlinnen.

Stunning!

The house is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was available easily and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. We were able to talk to them and get a table one night. The farm lets you walk around and interact with the animals! They were so cute!! Not the owners fault, but the weekend was VERY noisy all day and until 5am. After those houses left on Sunday, it was so peaceful! Great grocery store within 5 minutes and the staff are so helpful! You cannot buy wine or alcohol there, and not at all on Sundays, so plan accordingly. All the alcohol stores close at 6 pm. The drive to Bergen is stunning, but takes a bit. We did it daily and it wasn’t bad at all.

Ein Wunderschönes Haus mit alles bester Lage. Wir mussten aber einige Sachen z.b.Gefrierschrank abtauen, damit er überhaupt gefrieren kann.Trotzdem war es ein super Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Herzlichen dank auch an Elena für die gute Betreuung.

Superbe location de vacances familiale en Norvège !

Nous avons passé des vacances mémorables dans cette magnifique maison en Norvège. L'emplacement était idéal, avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau depuis la maison. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cette vue en faisant du kayak, une activité que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La maison était parfaitement adaptée pour notre famille, très bien équipée et très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les grandes baies vitrées qui nous permettaient de profiter de la vue à tout moment. L'hôte a été très accueillant et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions avant et pendant le séjour. Tout s'est déroulé à merveille, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location à toute famille souhaitant passer des vacances inoubliables en Norvège, dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel.

leider nicht so wie erwartet

Die Natur ist toll und man kommt gut überall hin mit einem Auto. Aber das Haus war leider eine Enttäuschung wie auch schon eine Familie vor uns schrieb, war das Haus leider nicht so sauber wie gehofft und erwartet. Wer Krümel, Staub und klebrige Schränke und verschmutzte Backöfen mag- findet es toll ;)

The house was left as a complitely mess by you. You have moved furnitures and beds to another rooms. It was full of dirty dishes all over the kitchen, rubbish everywhere after you. You didn't complain about dirty house when you checked in or the day when you checked out. Then when I requested extra charge for cleaning the mess you complained that the house was dirty when you arrived. The cleaning company used 2 hours extra to clean all the mess and move all the heavy furnitures where they were supposed to be. You got also FREE OF CHARGE BEDLINEN AND WELCOME PPRESENT - IS THAT ALSO 1 STAR EXPERIENCE?!

Fjordnahes Ferienhaus mit Flair

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses waren super. Die Erreichbarkeit der Ferienhausverwalter war immer sehr gut. Einige Rückfragen könnten durch eine Informationsmappe vermieden werden. Hier könnten Fragen zur Heiz- und Lüftungstechnik, zu der Fernsehtechnik und auch zur Absicherung des Herdes kurz erklärt und beschreiben werden. Die Sauberkeit hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Wenn Kosten für eine Endreinigung anfallen, dürfen wir auch ein sauberes Ferienhaus erwarten. Auch hier sind uns die Verwaltung und die Eigentümer gut entgegen gekommen. Wir haben uns insgesamt dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Nähe zum Wasser, der tolle Blick auf den Fjord, die sehr ruhige Lage und auch die Nähe nach Bergen haben uns sehr gefallen.

Amazing cottage in beautiful surroundings. Even though the weather was awful, our fishing was very successful. But there is loads more to do than just fishing in short driving distance. The cottage was very clean and is well equipped with everything one wishes for. It does not come with a boat, though, but Elena managed to rent one for us from the hotel nearby and took care of all the paperwork for us, so that we had no hassle at all. We can’t wait to come back!

Traumhafte Sicht auf den Fjord

Wir haben unsere Woche in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen traumhaften Blick über den Fjord!! Nach Bergen sind es ca 45 min und auch in der Umgebung kann man einiges unternehmen.

Phantastisches Haus mit super Blick aufs Wasser

Ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit toller Technik. Tolle Architektur. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei und war in sehr gutem und sehr sauberem Zustand. Die Bäder sehr schön designed. Sehr große Fensterscheiben im WZ daher ein toller Blick nach draußen. Eine riesige Terrasse. Das Internet ist sehr schnell und sehr zuverlässig. Auch sehr praktisch: Ein Haustürschlüssel wird nicht benötigt da mit Zahlenschloss. Parkplatz für ein oder mehrere Autos direkt vor der Tür. Der Supermarkt mit grosszügigem Angebot ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Eine sehr ruhige und weitläufige Umgebung. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Wasser. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die weichen Matratzen sind nicht jedermanns Sache. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.

cosy house in the middle of nowhere

The house is amazing and as nice as on the pictures. Unfortunately we had no clue or information that besides a supermarket there is nothing: no cafe or restaurant where you would not need to drive around 30-45 minutes. If you want to have sheets you have to tell them in advance and for extra charge- as we arrived there was only the dirty laundry left from the previous guests. No hairdryer is in the house and the electric BBQ has not been cleaned (really dirty) If there is nice weather you have a stunning view.

Traumurlaub bei den Trollen

Tolle Lage. Sonnenuntergang. Große Terrasse. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Fjord, ebenso aus dem Schlafzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt. Schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe mit Weitblick auf die vielen Inseln und Fjorde. Wir hatten als Familie viel Spaß.

Amazing place with 5 star view!

What a unique and modern place! The house is beautiful with windows everywhere and none of them have a bad view! We had a great time enjoying the hot tub and amazing fjord. The area was in a cute new community within walking distance of a dock, beach, and an excellent restaurant and bar. Fishing was great and lots of other activities to chose from. We would love to come again.
