Charming Victorian Home In Wausau's River Front District!

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 5. Our home features original hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom includes a full size bed with a large closet and a window unit air conditioner. The second bedroom provides a twin bed with a small office area. The living room has a comfortable queen sized sofa bed and also has a window unit air conditioner. This charming home also has a large front porch, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The home is located in Wausau's River Front District, just a few blocks from restaurants, bars, a great bakery and historic Downtown Wausau. Within a few blocks of our home you can watch the Wisconsin Woodchuck's play at Athletic Park, launch your kayak in the Wisconsin River, or grab some deep fried cheese curds at the B&R Grill and Swill. In the winter months, enjoy the outdoor ice rink in Downtown Wausau or take a short 10 minute drive to the Granite Peak Ski Area. We feel very fortunate to call the City of Wausau home and look forward to sharing the area with you! No pets and no smoking, please.

Wonderful house for a weekend stay. We loved the 50s decor and charm. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had a charming medicine cabinet and tiled shower. The owner was very easy to work with and check-in process painless. We will be staying here again!

Great place-way better than hotel

Clean, cute, off street parking, comfortable beds. Loved the charm. Location was perfect. Close to the river walk and ice arena for hockey. We locked ourselves out and owner responded eithin 15 minites.

We fell in love with this home the minute we saw it! We really wanted to be able to share a historic home in the city we love with visiting friends and family. We only live a mile away and really enjoy the downtown location. Wausau has weekly outdoor concerts in the summer, and year round festivals and events.
