The apartment has an approximate area of 50 m², located on the second floor of a newly renovated historic building, with high ceilings and large windows. It has an elevator. It consists of 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe and double bed. The living room with a sofa bed is comfortable, bright and very spacious, with direct access to a balcony. The kitchen is open to the living area, fully equipped and with a washing machine. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom and has a shower.

The apartment is located in a very quiet pedestrian street in the historic center of Malaga, very close to the main museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Center for Contemporary Art), areas of tourist interest (Cathedral, Alcazaba, Roman Theater ...) and leisure (shops, bars, restaurants and everything you might need). Nearby taxi stops and a 15-minute walk from the train and bus station. Two public car parks less than two minutes walk.

No mountain view. Small street view. The condo itself was just as advertised. But unfortunately for us the condo right below us was under major construction the whole time of our stay. The jack hammering would start at 8.15am and go all day. This was no fault of our host but poor timing for us. The condo is very centrally located to all the sights and restaurants.

Great week in Malaga

My wife and I stayed in Malaga after walking three weeks on the Portuguese Camino. I couldn’t have picked a better VRBO for a mellow week in Malaga. The location was perfect - 10 or less minutes walking to Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Alcazaba. Elevator and quiet neighborhood were pluses. Would definitely stay there again.

Small space, could only just open bathroom door without contact with basin.Furnishings (chairs, lamps etc) cheap plastic.Balcony not worth mentioning as you cannot sit out, it’s very small and just houses the AC unit and brush & mop.Cleanliness was not up to standard, there was dust and hairs behind doos and in the corners, shower track grubby, wardrobe door track full of dust, thick layer of dust on wall lamp in bathroom which had clearly been building up over time, also a long black hair in the kitchen floor. The only great thing was the comfortable bed!Location was great, plenty of shops and restaurants close by, although central it was quiet and peaceful.

Local Experience

I had a perfect vacation while staying at this place. The host was very clear in communication, and the room was clean either. Even though the place is the oldtown, I heard 0 noises from outside (*a little bit from neighbors, but this is normal in our respective countries). From here, every famous spot was walkwable.If I visit Málaga again, I'd book this place again!

Perfect location

I stayed in the apartment the month of February 2023. The location was perfect. Everything you would want to do is within a 20 minute walk, actual beach about 25 min but a very pretty walk. Train within 20 min walk. Went to Cordoba and Granada via train. The apartment itself is perfect for 1 to 2 persons. Very quiet unless a marching band parades by at 12:00 LOL. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen but with hundreds of restaurants a few steps away, why would you? Although I give my experience and the apartment 5*, I will make a few minor recommendations: a full length mirror would be great as I was only able to see from my chest up, a standing pole in the shower with small shelves to place soap, shampoo, etc., painting some areas or scrubbing walls and leaving a welcome note or better instructions as needed. There is a map left but you don't know it has other information on it. I didn't look at the map initially because I use my phone. Again, I would stay in this apartment again and recommend for others to stay here as well.

Sehr gute Lage.Super war es mit dem Lift.Soweit alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, außer einer zweiten Einziehdecke für das gemütliche Schlafsofa, es gab nur eine Wolldecke zum Einziehen.Dusche super, guter Wasserdruck.Sehr ruhig in der Nacht.Auf dem Balkon die Klimaanlage und Tauben.Trotzdem sehr gerne wieder.

Insgesamt alles sehr schön! Einzige Negativpunkte: Das Bett quitscht, schon wenn man sich von links nach rechts dreht extrem und die Klimaanlage reicht nur für das Wohnzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer kommt kaum kalte Luft an.

Close to churches, fresh food market, shops, museums, cultural sites & restaurants. Only a 15 min walk to the beach. Kitchen has everything one needs for preparing fresh meals: pots, pans, full refrigerator & freezer, stove & microwave. Also, combination washer & dryer that work! Perfect vacation rental!
