Tucked up high on the top floor of Aspen Creek, this beautifully maintained and updated condo is the perfect mix of peace, play, and pure Mammoth magic. With 3 spacious bedrooms + a roomy loft, there’s plenty of space to stretch out, snuggle up, and sleep up to 10 guests comfortably—from big families to snow-squad weekends.
When winter hits, you’re just a 5-minute stroll to Eagle Lodge, so you can skip the parking lot chaos and hit the slopes first. In summer, trade your skis for hiking boots or a bike and explore the endless trails and the scenic outdoor pool right outside your door.
Inside, you’ll find two cozy living areas—plenty of room for the adults to unwind while the kids dominate the Wii console. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need (including a double waffle maker for those essential pre-ski breakfasts), and a huge dining table to gather ‘round for meals or game nights.

Our getaway

Had a great time with our family. Property was beautiful and close to the village (fun place for family). Only challenge was bike storage. Will definitely go here again next year!

Great first trip to Mammoth

We came to Mammoth for a family get together and used this condo as our central gathering place. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable . We are all looking forward to our next visit to Mammoth and this condo.

Our first visit to Mammoth Lakes

The condo was very well appointed and stocked with most anything we would require. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening. The directions for operating the TV and using the fireplace were very useful. We did get to see some of the attractions in the area and try some of the restaurants. We did see "Romeo and Juliet" production at the Edison Theatre put on by the local theatre company. This time of year it was very quiet in the evening which we enjoyed. Access to the walking and bike path was right off the parking lot which was very convenient. The condo location is good, with a short drive to the various shops and restaurants.

We LOVED staying at this beautiful and spacious place. Clean, fully equipped and beautifully furnished. We couldn't believe the attention to detail... Fresh clean linnen and towels, great choice of sleeping arrangements, plenty of downstairs and upstairs space (with separate entrance and connected by beautifully carpeted spiral staircase, offering plenty of privacy and convenience). Amenities conveniently located around the corner. We had such an exciting time staying there! We are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Eagles Nest

Mammoth is an amazing place to vacay anytime of the year. We were pleasantly surprised arriving at Aspen Creek to see how beautiful and clean the complex was. It was nice to pull into covered parking under the condo unit we stayed in. When we opened the door to the condo, we were blown away with how spacious and rustic the interior was. At first I could not believe this place could sleep 10-12 people. There were 2 bedrooms downstairs with king-size beds sharing a full bath. Upstairs there was another full bath. The loft had futon bunkbed that could sleep 3 children. Another separate bedroom had a full-size bed and bunkbeds too. Although you had a spiral staircase to use to the 2nd floor, there was a 3rd floor access door to enter the condo. There was a complete kitchen. The dining area sat 10 of us nicely. Livingroom was cozy with a stone wood burning fireplace. Other pluses were a mud-room as you enter the condo to remove/store snow gear , etc. And a nice lanai to set and have morning coffee. The laundry was on the first floor, the barbeque, jacuzzi and pool were close to our unit. We enjoyed the walking paths around the complex. We were not far from Mammoth Village. There were ski lifts near by, biking/hiking paths everywhere to enjoy. We look forward to future family trips to Mammoth and will definitely rent this condo again.

Aspen Creek Retreat

We recently stayed in this amazing condo. It has 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 bathrooms. The amenities were great. Folks living in the complex even pulled over to us while we were walking and directed us to great hiking paths. We stayed late summer so no need for ski lifts but if we needed them they are right there. The owners advised us on places to visit. We took a great hike up Devils Postpile National Monument. Then to the jacuzzi on property with great mountain views! (And those jets!) I personally didn't need TV, but they have cable, WiFi, blueray, and are set to run Netflix, amazon prime, Hulu. You use your own account to sign in. 65 inch TV. Easy instructions. My sis and I got beat bad by my nephew and his wife on Mario carts on Wii upstairs in the loft! The place was so clean and well supplied. The kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We cooked for 11 people with ease and comfort. While we were there the on-site property manager came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The surrounding area was so beautiful I can't wait to go again during the winter months. It will be a winter wonderland. Excited to be back soon!!

Location is close to all of Mammoth

My family had a gathering in Mammoth. My Nephew owns a Condo in Aspen Creek but couldn't house all of us so we found a condo in the same complex and down the hall. It was two bedroom two bath. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and ideal for what we needed. Key pick up was easy, underground parking was very convenient. We went hiking, shopping and wine tasting all of which were close and easy to access. Full kitchen with all the necessities less food of course was great for preparing meals. All this said, great location and very nice. Would definitely go again

Great place for large groups!

We had a great time on our trip to Mammoth Lakes in this wonderful Aspen Creek condo. We had small children with us so we loved that they had a lot of items there for use such as the pack and play and high chair so we didn't have to pack them. The location was awesome with a lot of great bike trails nearby that get you all over town. Having the elevator to take you up to the condo with your luggage was great and the underground parking is convenient. We had 8 of us and it was very comfortable-could have had another family with us and it would have been fine! All the beds were super comfortable and looked new. The condo was very clean and had everything in it that we needed. We spent a lot of time at the pool and jacuzzi and the views from there are just incredible. We definitely want to plan another trip here for the winter because it looks like you can just walk right over to the ski lodge and ski back to your condo. We will be back here for sure!!
