BEAUTIFUL

We stayed at the house for 4 nights and we had a blast! The house is beautiful, clean and very well equipped! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Short walk or drive to the beach. Barbara is very nice, helpful and prompt to respond.😊 We would definitely come back to visit! Thank you for having us!

TrĂšs jolie maison avec toutes les commodites pour passer des vacances de rĂȘves : piscine privĂ©e, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, terrasses avec vue mer, bon Ă©quipement ( lave linge, barbecue, plancha, TV avec chaĂźnes françaises) . Du soleil. Bon entretien du jardin avec pisciniste 1 fois par semaine ainsi que jardinier 1 fois par semaine.AccĂšs sĂ©curisĂ© avec un vigile Ă  l'entrĂ©e . Plage Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate , ville de tossa agrĂ©able avec de bons restaurants. Nous reviendrons

Maison conforme Ă  nos attentes.

Maison conforme à nos attentes intérieur et extérieur, une vue à couper le souffle et beaucoup d'espace. Pas de torchons dans le linge de maison, une climatisation ne fonctionnant pas à l'étage et 3 euros par jours pour un boitier wifi donnant peu de débit. Une vasque pleine d'eau croupie et de larves de moustiques et donc beaucoup de moustiques. Mon adresse internet a été piratée et j'ai donc reçu de faux mails de l'agence et des faux coordonnées bancaires, cela m'a coûté 1500 euros! La seule réponse de l'agence a été "oui c'est déjà arrivé". Ils ne pouvaient pas le signaler à leurs clients??? De plus, quelques jours aprÚs notre retour, nous nous sommes aperçus qu'on nous avait rendu que 64 euros sur 200 de la caution je l'ai signalé, on m'a dit que c'était une erreur et cela a été rectifié.

Das Haus war okay

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahren gekommen. Ist ein schönes Haus aber... FĂŒr mich waren kleine Sachen, die sich am Ende gesammelt haben. Mir hat es irritiert, dass man extra fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche zahlen mĂŒsste. Wir mieten 2x im Jahr FerienhĂ€user und das war das erste Mal. Man bekommt ein kleines und großes Handtuch aber mit Pool und Strand vor der HaustĂŒr ist natĂŒrlich nicht genug. Die Badezimmer hatten keine Badteppiche, in der KĂŒche kein Geschirrtuch. Poolbereich ist nicht wie auf den Bild sondern Kies mit Unkraut gewuchert (wurde lange nicht gepflegt), die Holzverkleidung schon kaputt, es war gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr unsere 4J Enkeltochter. Es ist eine mini KĂŒche drin, die schon sehr alt ist. Runde tisch im Wohnzimmer fĂŒr 4 Personen, das Haus ist aber fĂŒr 7 Personen, als geregnet hat, war natĂŒrlich viel zu enge drauf zu essen. Die Möbel sind bestimmt auch so alt wie das Haus. Wie gesagt, wir haben bis jetzt viel GlĂŒck mit unseren FerienhĂ€user gehabt und deswegen ist meine Meinung subjektiv. Im Grossen und Ganzen war es okay, nochmal in diesem Zustand kommen wir nicht.

Echt een superhuis. Zo compleet, alles erop en eraan. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden om lekker te relaxen. Fantastisch uitzicht. Wij komen al verschillende jaren in Santa Maria de Llorell, maar dit is het fijnste huis. Heb voor volgend jaar alweer geboekt. Enigste nadeel: geen wifi en geen nederlandse zenders. Echt een aanrader.

Restlos begeistert!

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist! Ganz toller Pool, eine Terasse zum relaxen (mit Markise), eine Terasse fĂŒr das gemĂŒtliche Abendessen/FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Platzangebot ist riesig! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Besteck, Geschirr, usw, selbst eine Luftmatraze fĂŒr den Pool war zu finden - und das Highlight fĂŒr uns war die große Palme im Garten :-) Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Einziges Manko waren die Ameisen, die sich zumindest zu Anfang im Haus eingenistet hatten. Die Vermieter/Makler sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn in der Umgebung und die Mitarbeiter im Supermarkt waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Privatsiedlung ist einzigartig - zwischen Bergen und Meer lohnt sich immer wieder ein Spaziergang, ob zum Strand oder einfach nur um die anderen HĂ€user der Siedlung zu bestaunen (das lohnt sich wirklich). Noch zu bemerken ist, dass das Haus/die Umgebung sehr hundefreundlich sind! Viele Hausbewohner haben hier einen Hund oder eine Katze - unser SchĂ€ferhund hat sich sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder nach Santa Maria de Llorell fahren und hoffentlich wieder im gleichen Haus wohnen können =)
