Lovely and comfortable! The farmhouse is nothing fancy, but really suited our needs, and we felt at home.Lots of room, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was large and mostly well equipped.Micah was super helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns, questions we had.Will def stay here agsin!

Perfect for multiple families

Home away from home

We traveled to CO for our eldest son's wedding. This home was just what we needed as relatives and friends visited during the week. We were so blessed by the atmosphere in and around the house. A Little Bit of Country

House was a perfect fit for our family of eight adults and two children ages 4 and almost 2. The kids loved playing in the yard and chasing bunnies. The house was conveniently located near the highway so easy to get to everywhere we needed to go.

Great house in Mead, CO

Very nice, spacious house set up to house many people conveniently. We slept 8 comfortably-2 levels in addition to main floor was great for 2 families. Host very easy to communicate with-always rapid response back. More rural area very nice too-outside of Longmont. Recommended highly!

Winter wonderland

We came to Colorado for my daughter’s 10th birthday. We were fortunate that it snowed the day before we got there. The property was just beautiful covered in snow. The home was big enough to accommodate our party and so comfortable we had a hard time getting out. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there. We very much enjoyed our time there and made lasting memories.

Excellent Centrally Located Home

Totally enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean, large and spacious. Well stocked with amenities. Plenty of parking space. Property was centrally located for activities throughout the week. Perfect for day trips to Cheyenne, Estes Park, RMNP, Big Thompson Canyon, Poudre Canyon, Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Fort Collins, Denver & more. Wonderful Family Christmas

Very well furnished, my bed very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed, we worked the coffee overtime. Wish we had a different weather so we have enjoyed the patios more.We are horse people so it was disappointing that the neighbors did not want my children to pet the horses at the fence. Estes Park being was an attraction and it was great. We really did need the host but when we had minor question about pellets for the fireplace she was quick and pleasant.

Mead rental

Loved the location and home - perfect for our family and Micah was very responsive with communications. We did have a moth infestation that was inconvenient and there were some inaccuracies in the listing regarding the spa/hot tub. The iron did not heat up. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful backyard and views.

Daughter’s Wedding

The house was spacious, and everything clean. There are lots of bathrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook full family meals. The rural setting is beautiful and peaceful l. We saw lots of birds while sitting on the spacious and nicely furnished porch. Restaurants and shopping are close enough to be convenient. Micah’s instructions and directions for everything were clear and simple. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

House very centrally located to All sites around city. Very Clean and roomy.

Well worth the money. Centrally located to everything. Can't ask for a nicer person to rent off of. Everything is stocked. Except the food you need to cook. Games if you like animals to look at there are plenty. View is spectacular. Easy access to everything. Room for family time and downtime away.

What makes this property unique

The best part of visiting is that the neighbors are far but everything is close. I love our yard in the summer!!! Nights where its cooler and the lights in the trees, bring great ambiance to the night life... with dancing, eating and visiting.
