Terrific gathering space inside and out for making memories! Great for day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only 20 minutes to Boulder. Concierge services for trip planning, park passes, health and wellness treatments available upon request. This home has a private basement apartment with a separate entrance that host stays in. Maximum number of vehicles is 5. Vehicles can be parked in the garage and on the driveway. No street parking allowed. No RV's allowed.
