Family house with beautiful sea view and close to beaches
Modern house of 200 m2 located in height, Audierne-Esquibien (29770) - Pointe de Lervily, with a beautiful view of the sea and an indoor spa overlooking the garden.
It is ideally located 300 meters walk from the beach, the nautical club, the diving club and the pier to the island of Sein with its grocery store open season. For lovers of walking, you can walk from the house and enjoy the coastal paths from the Pointe de Lervily for hours of walking. Tennis nearby. Good surfing and stand-up-paddle spots.
The capacity is 8 people, the house is distributed:
1st floor:
- a large living room of 60 m2 with living room, dining room and open kitchen opening onto a large terrace flanked by two balconies around the house. Beautiful sea view.
