The villa is extremely spacious, suitable for children and is ideal for several families to enjoy a break in comfort.
The lobby area has a small games table (pool/table top football).
For the winter months there are electric oil heaters available for all rooms and a log fire in the lounge. For the summer months there are numerous portable fans available aswell as a portable air conditioner.
For guest safety/security the villa is equipped with electrically operated aluminium shutters which lock in place when lowered, safe, 2 fire extinguishers, fire blanket, two smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector and a first aid box.
The deck level pool/whirlpool is 11m x 6m with water jets/steps down into the shallow end and a gentle slop to the deep end.
Huge south facing leisure/barbecue area with subdued lighting provides an ideal spot for alfresco dining/socialising and relaxing. Designated BBQ next to the kitchen with ample tables, chairs, sun loungers for 12 guests.
Range of inflatables, floats, toys, buckets, spades for the children and young at heart.
Secure gated access with parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of off road parking just outside the property.
The area provides lovely countryside walks(for the energetic the lagoon can be reached via a lovely cross country walk covering around a 2km distance.
English/Portuguese speaking representative on hand to answer questions and assist.
Beach towels (£2.00 each p/w) and maid service available at extra cost.
Property cleaned on arrival and departure within the quoted rental costs and bed linen changed weekly.

A security camera monitors the pool area/rear of the house but this is covered by the Villa Management Company when renters are staying at the property.
