Place is hidden next to a road. So we drove past the entrance, glad Collette waited for us. The place it self is old, but all that you need is there. Good size pool, but we preferred to go to the river which is near the place.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette propriété. Bon accueil par les propriétaires. L' endroit est calme et agréable. Belle piscine et très beau jardin. Le logement est très propre mais mériterait un rafraîchissement au niveau du mobilier. Je recommande !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passés 1 semaine de vacances en famille dans l'un des logements de M. Et Mme Sicard. La maison est situé idéalement, au calme et à quelques minutes de l'Ardèche. Ayant des enfants en bas âge, la piscine est un plus. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Mme Sicard. Cependant l'intérieur des logements mériterait un rafraîchissement, notamment au niveau du mobilier. Quelques soucis également au niveau de la salle de bain (chasse d'eau qui fuit, eau chaude pendant quelques minutes...) mais rien qui n'a réellement perturbé notre séjour ! Nous recommandons donc !

Heaven sent at St -Julien -de -Peyrolas

Collette and Christian’s place is the perfect retreat, the appartment was clean comfortable and perfect for my young family. Swimming pool, pétanque, table football to keep the children entertained with Go Ape just a 5minute walk up the road. Equal distant to the Ardèche gorge or the amazing Pont du gard are just a 40 minute drive away and with the medieval town of Aiguze on the doorstep everything to have a great family holiday can be found nice and close to this wonderful French hideaway. Both Collette and Christian were very friendly accommodating hosts that made us all feel very welcome and we definitely see ourselves returning to their beautiful home. 5 *****

Magnifique et Conviviale

Location fidèle au descriptif et même au delà. Petit coin de paradis dans la chaleur ambiante très largement supporté, au bord de la piscine délicatement ombragée avec un petit vent rafraichissant. Les propriétaires "Colette et Christian" sont charmants, chaleureux et d'un accueil inoubliable. La bâtisse comporte 4 locations, donc en très petit comité, où la convivialité entre les autres locataires et les propriétaires n'a été qu'un plus très apprécié. Nous recommandons cette location. Séjour très sympa

Nous avions la chambre et le studio en haut à droite (2 pièces indépendantes avec une sdb chacune) ; nous avons apprécié les extérieurs, notamment la piscine, le parking au pied de la maison, le grand jardin avec des tables pour s'installer et les propriétaires vraiment sympathiques et disponibles. Moyennant un renforcement de l'isolation phonique , une sérieuse rénovation des sanitaires et une pergola ou un store pour se réfugier du soleil sur la terrasse à l'étage cette location serait vraiment bien car la maison est par ailleurs bien située; voiture indispensable.
