The accommodation is located on the ground floor, characterized by a rustic yet elegant design.
It consists of a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a cooking area with a large marble worktop and fully equipped, complete with fridge / freezer and all the crockery. The bathroom has a shower and also has a washing machine. The studio has an outdoor veranda with table and chairs to eat outdoors.
Just 2 km away is the medieval village of Suvereto where in a familiar and friendly atmosphere you can enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine. Our structure extends into a private valley, the ideal place for your children who can have fun freely.
Staying at Podere Baloo means reliving the history of Tuscan farmhouse, with the rhythms and smells of time, with the colors of wood, ancient stone and the sounds of nature that surrounds you where you can rediscover the serenity lost in the frenetic cities.
We also sell EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL IGP of own production obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. (you can request the famous crogiantina to make a delicious taste of our product). We are waiting for you!

Falsche Angaben

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung mit ausdrücklich 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer gesucht. Diese wurden uns auch schriftlich bestätigt. Die Anfahrtsstrasse stellte sich bei Regen mit dem Motorrad als sehr schlecht da. Wir hatten keine Information zum Empfang, es war niemand vor Ort. Mit Hilfe meines italienischem Cousine konnte die Wohnung gefunden werden, aber es gab nur 1 Schlafzimmer! Wir haben über den Veranstalter storniert, was uns auch unkompliziert nach vorlage von Beweisen bewilligt wurde.

Tolle Location

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Haus auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück. Der Garten, in dem sich auch der Pool befindet, bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Der Pool ist zu klein zum Bahnen ziehen, für eine erfrischende Abkürzung reicht er aber allemal. Für unsere vier jährige Tochter war der Pool ideal, weil sie darin stehen konnte. Auch ein kleiner Spielplatz ist vorhanden. Sara, die Vermieterin, sowie ihre Familie leben ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und es war zu jedem Zeitpunkt angenehm mit ihr und ihrer Familie. Der Weg zum Grundstück ist ziemlich holprig und steinig. Mit tiefer gelegten Fahrwerk hat man keine Chance. Allrad ist ratsam, aber wahrscheinlich nicht zwingend nötig. Momentan wird auf dem Grundstück ein weiteres Haus gebaut. Das beeinträchtigt das ansonsten perfekte Ambiente optisch und werktags auch akustisch. Schade das es kein WIFI gibt.

Schitterende locatie

Deze vakantiewoning heeft een prachtig uitzicht, is gelegen in de 'campagna' maar toch op redelijke afstand van stranden, mooie stadjes en andere bezienswaardigheden. De weg ernaartoe echter is een verschrikking en vereist veel 'driving skills'! Het huisje is stijlvol ingericht en heeft een terras en tuin met fraai uitzicht. Verwacht niet te veel van het zwembad. En in het dal zijn veel honden die 's nachts een enorm kabaal maken. Wij hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad. De gastvrouw is erg gastvrij en bezorgde ons bij onze (late) aankomst een schaal met groenten uit eigen tuin zodat we nog wat te eten konden maken!
