This elegant villa, tastefully decorated in a “French-chic” style, is located in a quiet residential area, just 1 km from the beach (15-minute walk) and the center of Calella, with its charming restaurants and shops. The villa offers stunning sea views and unforgettable sunsets.

This Villa was absolutely beautiful!!! The place was lovely and clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor eating area was perfect to spend the evening. The pool was amazing. The owners were so kind and welcoming. They were extremely responsive. The area is super quiet and relaxing. We did not hire a car. We enjoyed the walk down the hill to town for shopping and the beach. There are wonderful walks on the doorstep and plenty to explore. We had the most magical time. Thank you!

Lovely villa! Beautiful pool, and surroundings. Host was great. We loved our stay. Callela is a great town with so much to do. The only two things of note is the incline up on the way back to the villa (with 3 babies in flimsy holiday buggies was quite tough and quite a walk for the younger children) but totally understandable that if you want a villa with a pool it's probably the closest to town you can get, the actual villa itself was worth the daily walk. We just wished the downstairs bedrooms had air conditioning too as the 3 rooms downstairs were super hot. But overall we had a fantastic holiday!

We stayed in this house for 4 weeks in July and we absolutely loved it. We were looking for typical Spanish villa and we were so happy to find it. There are so many details from little espresso cups (and Nespresso machine) to wall decoration, beautiful library, walk-in closed, office and off course the backyard with amazing view. Being in the house for 4 weeks we did have some small issues and questions but the owner and CoastalVillas were doing outmost to resolve it asap. If you chose to stay in Calella there are not so many villas to the same standard. 15 min walk to the beach and 20 min walk back. If you are looking to get local experience and lifestyle and not afraid of being active (walk) during the day - I would highly recommend this villa. If you you are looking for hotel standards and facilities being next door this is probably not for you. We did not need the car at all during 4 weeks. E.g trip to Purtoventura we took by direct bus as well as transfer to airport. We did use a bit of taxi which is quite an experience if you used to Uber:). Same experience was with the train.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement : tout était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. L’accueil a été parfait et nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour . Nous avons appréciée les cadeau de bienvenu . La maison est très spacieuse ,confortable et fonctionnel le barbecue est génial ! La vue depuis le canapé par la baie vitré est un réel moment suspendu dans le temps . les instant à la piscine en famille ou entre amis avec vue sur la mer sont parfait Seul petit bémol : la literie un peu ferme mais c’est une question de goût. Dommage pour la lumière de la piscine non fonctionnel durant notre séjour mais elle sera changé prochainement En tout cas, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Wat een prachtige en heerlijke villa!

De villa was prachtig gelegen en had alles wat we er van verwacht hadden. Zeer netjes en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad, goed werkende airco en verder ook alles aanwezig (keukengerei, koelkasten, wasmachine en droger). De bedden waren heerlijk en werden ook na een week verschoond. De eigenaar (een hele sympathieke en rustige man) controleert af en toe het zwembad, zodat dit schoon blijft. Ook was er een super fijn terras waar je (even uit de zon) heerlijk kon eten en borrelen. Het sleutelkastje was prima, waardoor we direct bij aankomst zelf naar binnen konden. De oprit heeft een redelijk stijle helling en een kortere draai die met een wat langere auto niet of nauwelijks te maken is. De auto kan dan echter direct voor de villa op de bredere straat geparkeerd worden, dus geen ramp.

Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie

Wij hebben ons zeer goed vermaakt. Het huis was super schoon en netjes. Prachtig zwembad met een uitmuntend uitzicht zowel op de zee als op de bergen. Super naar ons zin gehad.

La vivienda esta muy bien equipada incluso para 9/10 personas, electrodomesticos en muy buenas condiciones, decoración muy detallada y con buen gusto Un detalle muy apreciado para un servidor es que Hemos podido "ESTAR SIN ESTAR" me explico hemos disfrutado de esa zona de la costa del maresme SIN ESTAR EN MEDIO DEL ALBOROTO". La casa esta situada en una urbanización muy cercana al "ambiente" pero a la vez pudiendo disfrutar de mucha TRANQUILIDAD Desde estas lineas un nota de gratitud para los propietarios Paco y esposa En nuestro caso hubíera sido ideal un jardín un poco más grande, pero lo que hay esta bien cuidado y es suficiente

Super schöne Villa mit genialem Ausblick

Wir waren eine Truppe mit 8 Freunden, Lage der Villa war toll und in 15 Minuten war man am Stand. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind vorhanden. Kurztrip nach Barcelona auch sehr schnell möglich. Alles in allem wirklich alles 1A.

This was a great house with a fantastic pool and easy access to plenty of amazing beaches. I was a bit hesitant because they have a strict cancellation policy, only had 1 review and also requires check in on another platform. However, Coastal Villas communicated well and eased our concerns. What we loved: the covered terrace for outdoor eating, all the mature trees and bushes, the pool, and plenty of space for 7 people. We had 4 people working remotely and there were no issues with wi-fi. We ate at home for nearly all our meals and the kitchen and bbq had all the supplies we needed. The master bedroom is amazing - huge space (we had a cot as well and it was no issue) full walk-in closet and huge bathroom with bathtub and shower. Access to a clothes washer was great. The house gets a great breeze so even without A/C it was comfortable. Although you’re renting through a company they were friendly and prompt. Not so great: the private driveway is pretty steep but there’s plenty of street parking and the studio bedroom (doesn’t have a door) is more of a office with 2 single cots (probably perfect for older kids). It was an ideal vacation and everyone had a great time! Thank you again!!

La villa est splendide, décorée avec soin, les espaces sont bien pensés, la terrasse est très agréable nous avons passé de très bons moments, la partie bureau à une vue reposante, il est très agréable d'y travailler , la piscine est ensoleillée et le solarium agréable. En bref, on a tout aimé, la localisation y compris. Quand on est beaucoup, nous étions 8 personnes, il était parfois difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude dans la cuisine.

La grandeur de la maison, le calme et la propreté. Le frigo. Pour 10 personnes, il manque de table chaise, transats à l'extérieur. Pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes, il faut des grandes casseroles et plus de poêles.
