Luxury holiday sea view villa nested on top of the Secret garden hill, and at just 500 meters from the beautiful and unspoiled Bang Por beach.
Sitting on the terraces you can enjoy the calm surrounding and a stunning sea view over the Bang Por bay, the islands of the National park and Santithani valley.
The villa has a private crystal clear water swimming pool (10 meter by 4).
Built to high western standards, this holiday villa is a spacious accommodation for 6 guests in three (3) spacious queen bedrooms each fitted with satellite 36” TV, DVD and en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room area with satellite 42” TV. A Kitchen fully equipped with western granite open plan.
Built on two levels (sea view from both level), the villa upper floor offers a master bedroom with shower and toilet, living room with a comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen. On the lower level you will find the infinite crystal water swimming pool with two fully equipped bedroom with shower and toilet.
Two outdoor covered terraces, the largest one is accessible from the living and kitchen is equipped with large table, and sofas for eating 'al fresco' and relaxation. The upper floor offer 180 degree view, from Santithani hill to the Bang Por bay. On this terrace you will be dinning while enjoying a stunning sunset view. The second terrace is accessible from the master bedroom, the view is also outstanding favorable to meditation.
On the lower floor the third terrace is around the swimming pool where you can enjoy sunbathing.
Fans and air-conditioners in all living areas inside, free wireless internet access, international TV channels, 24hr/7d guarded, pool and garden daily maintenance.


In a 3 min. drive (by car or scooter) you reach the beautiful Bang Por palm fringed and white sand beach. The golfers can enjoy one of the most beautiful 18 holes golf courses of Thailand just some kilometers away.
Great fresh seafood restaurants and mini supermarket within 5 minutes by car from the Villa.

The property was very clean and well kept. The views were spectacular. The property manager was delightful. The hill and drive way was the only challenge but became easy after a few times. Will absolutely keep this property in mind for future visits.

Simply stunning

The pictures don't do the property justice! The pool is big and beautiful. The view is breathtaking, at all hours of the day. 2 separate large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional WC. Cleaning 2x per week and pool maintenance 1x per week.

Wish We Had Stayed

The property was lovely, all the amenities we wanted, and the team made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, due to nearby construction noise we were unable to complete our stay. The owner was an absolute gentleman, and gave us a full refund. The property was fantastic. We hope to return next year, but we need to make arrangements to deal with the steep driveway in a better fashion next time.

Wonderful House

We had a total of 10 weeks in this beautiful house. There's really nothing missing. The kitchen is really very spacious and completely stocked with all the dishes in sufficient quantities. The pool is huge and invites you to swim every day. The view from the pool and from the huge veranda are simply magnificent. The good fairy of the house is Tik, she lives right in the neighborhood and takes care of everything. Every question is answered immediately and every problem is solved by Tik in the shortest possible time. Contact with the owner went very smoothly and promptly. All in all, definitely recommended. A car or a scooter are highly recommended. The house is not far from the beach, but the path is very steep. We felt very comfortable and would come again. Claudia and Norbert

Gorgeous place but few small things that almost derailed trip

This place is gorgeous and the view is addicting. But there are a few small things that are important to note when booking this place. This house is up a very steep hill which is difficult to drive up without a AWD vehicle. From the very beginning it was difficult persuading taxis/Grab drivers to transverse the hill for pickups. If you are going to rent a car MAKE SURE IT IS AN ALL WHEEL (FOUR WHEEL) DRIVE. We found out that accidents related to guest driving up the hill are common. Also the small bedroom suite (under the upstairs master suite) had a bit of a sewage stench. If you have a sensitive nose this may be an issue... we just bought some freshener spray from 7-eleven to deal with it. Finally the water in the bedroom showers do not have water heaters so expect cold showers (which can be refreshing after a hot day at the beach). Overall this place was what we wanted. Special thanks to the house manager/keeper Tik who truly helped us with organizing a lot of things with her local connections. She saved us a few times and for that we were truly grateful!

Tolle Lage und Ausblick

Sehr schön. Leider entsprechen die Bilder des Hauses auf der Website nicht mehr der Realität, da inzwischen sehr viel gebaut wurde und das Haus nicht mehr so alleine da steht wie angepriesen. Hier sollten die Bilder dringend aktualisiert werden. Ferner sollte insbesondere Richtung Süden mehr Schatten angeboten werden. Tik hat sich hervorragend im alles gekümmert. Danke dafür.

Es war das dritte Jahr in der Villa. Warum soll ich etwas bewerten wenn ich am 03.01.2025 gelandet bin und am 08.01.2025 wieder gebucht habe. Einfach nur sehr sehr schön. Den Luxus eine Frau die immer da ist zu haben und alles managt alles sauber hält und einen Fahrer zu haben das man sich völlig treiben lassen kann also null Streß zu haben muss man extra buchen was aber zu diesem luxusurlaub dazugehört, ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir landen auf Koh Samui unser Fahrer LAN holt uns ab und fährt uns in die Villa wo kalte Getränke wie Bier essen usw. usw. auf uns warten. Teilt man auch die extrakosten mit einem befreundeten Pärchen findet man nicht annähernd so einen Luxus.

Traumurlaub

Wir sind bereits 17 Jahre nach Thailand gereist von Jomtien/Pattaya/Bangkok und 6 mal nach Koh Samui. Dabei haben wir immer sehr gute Hotelanlagen (Bungalows) gebucht und waren immer zufrieden. Aber dieser Urlaub toppt alles. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage die Aussicht die Sauberkeit einfach super schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Direkt nebenan wohnt Tik und ihr Mann Lan mit Tochter. Wir haben zusätzlich Tik als Hausmädchen und Lan als Fahrer engagiert. Und dann ging der Traum los. Tik ist eine derart fleißige, ordentliche, saubere, ehrliche und freundliche Person die einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Egal was man unternehmen will wie zum Beispiel ein Ausflug zu den Inseln oder zum Angeln. Man muss sich das mal vorstellen einen Ausflug mit einem Schiff zum Angeln zu buchen. Reisebüro/Anbieter aufsuchen, Sprachprobleme und Termine machen was das für ein Aufwand und Streß ist. Tik holt ihr Handy raus und braucht dafür 5 Minuten. Dabei achtet sie auch noch auf die Wetterlage und hält das Ganze flexibel. Lan der ebenfalls ein derart toller Mensch ist fährt einen dann völlig easy zum Pier holt einen wieder ab fährt einen dann zum Essen danach in eine Bar und wieder zur Villa. Wenn wir hier alles aufschreiben würden was die beiden für uns gemacht und erledigt haben würde das ein riesiger Text werden. Deshalb kurz gesagt diese tolle Familie nebenan zu haben gibt einem ein sicheres kuscheliges Gefühl was das ganze mit der Luxusvilla zusammen zu einem absoluten Traum und Luxusurlaub macht. Wir sind jetzt zwei Tage wieder zurück und werden Heute noch erneut dieses Haus buchen. Übrigens die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Jean-Marc ist ebenfalls mit absolut top zu bewerten. Der in den anderen Bewertungen beschriebene Berg ist steil aber mit jedem einfachen Auto oder Moped zu befahren. Mit 5 Bier im Blut sollte man es aber nicht tun und sich dann beschweren. Wir sind Ü60 und laufen den Berg ohne Probleme hoch.

Wunderschöner,traumhafter und unkomplizierter Urlaub:-)

Wir haben wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit in Jean Marc‘s Villa verbracht. Alles lief zu unserer Zufriedenheit, von der herzlichen Begrüssung durch Hausmangerin Tik bis zum freundlichen und unkomplizierten Ablauf bei Ausflügen (z.B. zur Fullmoon -Party auf die Nachbarinsel ) durch die Unterstützung von Tik. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen bzw. empfehlen wir gerne dieses Objekt. Die Scooter direkt vor der Tür zu mieten und Rückgabe hätte nicht einfacher laufen können, und keine Angstman zählt nicht mehr, im Gegenteil ohne Nachfrage wurde uns sogar ein Nachlass gegeben. Geniest die Zeit und freut euch über die tolle Aussicht, die Ruhe , die Freundlichkeit . Wir haben uns prima erholt. Mooie, ruime, rustige woning

Net buiten het te drukte deel van Koh Samui. Vlakbij strand, aantal restaurants en winkels. Auto wel nodig, huis goed te bereiken ondanks steile weg omhoog. Even wennen, maar geen speciale eisen aan auto. Zeer goede verzorging, dagelijkse schoonmaak door behulpzame buurvrouw.

Prachtig huis, heerlijk zwembad, geweldige ontvangst en ondersteuning door huis-manager. Zeer schoon, wordt ook schoongehouden tijdens verblijf. Wij vonden een auto een must om meer van het eiland te zien. Die werd onmiddellijk voor ons geregeld door de huis-manager (Tik)

Amazing place with sweeping views.

I had a really amazing stay at this villa! It was spacious, stylish and had amazing views. The pool was a definite highlight and we swam and admired the views day and night. The showers where great and it was well layed out with relaxing social areas and three large bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The house manager, who lives next door, was so lovely and helpful whenever we needed something. The locations is very good too. The drive up to the house is very steep but we managed it in our rental car and soon it became normal. The house was sparkling clean and Jean-Marc answered our messages and helped us get a few things organised before we went. It really was a great choice and we would highly reccomend this place!

Lovely peaceful location

Having read other reviews of the hill approach, we were aware of it but it is really very steep, we had to exchange our hire car for something a bit more powerful to comfortably negotiate the road. Onto the villa, beautiful views from everywhere, very well equipped with everything you'd need. Beautiful quality bed linens and towels. Good air con but sometimes the hill breezes were sufficient to keep us cool. Wifi is fast and reliable. The villa manager Tik is exceptionally helpful and ordered us food one evening due to language barriers, she arranged for an electrical item to be installed for us, very quiet and unobtrusive when cleaning. She does live on the property grounds but as we've said, very unobtrusive presence. There is some building work in progress in the valley but nothing around the grounds of the villa, and outwith the owners control. Communication with Jean Marc was very good, very quick to respond to emails. Local shops around tens minutes in a car, big Tesco Lotus in Bophut for anything and everything, lots of little shops selling typical tourist stuff, the walking market, Mae Nam on a Thursday was a great experience, huge choice of food which was delicious, crafts, clothes, t shirts etc etc, Samui can be expensive compared to other Thai locations, i.e. Chiang Mai. Airport is just great, all open air, very relaxed but very efficient. Overall a lovely villa, in a quiet location, ideal for a group of friends but perhaps not for very young children. Thank you Jean Marc for your villa and Tik for looking after us.

Wunderschöne Tage in der Villa

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie ist noch so viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Diese können die Atmosphäre und die Ruhe die man dort geniesst nicht wiedergeben. Die Aussichten von den Terrassen sind einfach unfassbar schön. Die Küche ist mehr als großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und tolle Badezimmer. Der Pool ist sauber, groß mit einer Whirlpoolecke. Da ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man kann sich nur wohl fühlen . Die Bäder sind sehr großzügig und nicht beengt. Die Duschen sind abgetrennt sodas nicht alles nass wird beim Duschen. Das kenne wir von Thailand auch ganz anders. Wir waren von der ersten Minute an so entspannt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Der Weg ins Dorf ist sehr steil aber auf jeden Fall zu Fuß sehr gut machbar. Man hat fußläufig (den Berg runter) eine kleine Bäckerei, Massageläden, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Man muss also nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto haben. Aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft hatte man uns eine große Auswahl an Gerichten hingestellt. Es war für jeden was dabei und sehr sehr lecker. Man hatte direkt das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Viele Dank noch mal für diesen sehr angenehmen Service! Die Haushälterin Tic ist eine ganz liebe und angenehme Frau. Sie wohnt mit ihrem Mann und der kleine Tochter direkt neben dem Haus und ist jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie hilft einem bei jeder Frage und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt noch mal wieder und ich würde dieses wunderschöne Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Viele Dank für Alles!!!

Although the house had a beautiful view, the description that the villa is 500m from the beach is misleading. You have to walk up a huge huge hill that goes 60 degrees upwards or pay 300 baht to be driven up this hill one way. In addition, the property manager resides in the villas guesthouse right next door and was the only person who had access to the villa besides us. Various amounts of cash were taken from all three rooms of the property, totaling $200, even though we were at the remote villa 95% of the time and locked doors when we were away. The laundry list of problems continues: lack of hot water in the master bathroom, the maid only came to clean on the first day of our several day stay, and we had to badger about getting more basic amenities like toilet paper. The infinity pool is great but we would never stay at this property again. Think carefully about your decision.
