A very relaxing, comfortable stay

straightforward and clearly signposted, especially with the location details in advance. Spacious accommodation, very clean, plenty of linen and bathroom towels and everything worked. Garden very nice a and tidy and a pleasure to enjoy in the evening. One consideration would be to possibly increase the garden furniture. Nevertheless a vey good break in great surroundings.

Family weekend in Anglesey.

This was our second visit to Coed y Llan. The accommodation is perfect for a family group. It is spotlessly clean, in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the Oyster Catcher and the centre of Rhosneigr. There are also numerous walking routes from the property. We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious and comfortable house.

Ideal home for family holiday of 3 generations

Having booked this house at the last minute having been let down by another booking company we were amazed that a property like this was available. The bedrooms were very large and ideal for each part of our family having their own en suite. The two lounges worked perfectly with the upstairs one used by the grandchildren and the downstairs was a grownup haven. The kitchen was well stocked and the food and drink left for us was very generous.The garden was self contained and great for the children to play safely. There was great walks around the lake or to the lovely beach nearby. Lots of places to eat or drink in Rhosniger. A lovely house in an excellent resort.

Easter family break

What a gorgeous house in a great location within walking distance to the beach and town of Rhosneiger. We couldn’t fault the house plenty of space for our family of 10. Gardens were beautiful for the children to play out in and plenty of different room to have your own space. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay

Fantastic accommodation for families

A fantastic accommodation for families and couples. Plenty of space, clean throughout, comfy beds and a great location. Thanks so much for the bottle of fizz, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and cake. We hope to book again with friends.

Beautiful house good location, spacious and family friendly

Great house for a dog friendly stay all on one level and secure grounds. Nice welcome pack but bits missing ; no toilet roll in one bathroom , no scissors or baking tray in kitchen. House tired in places, no mattress covers on two of the beds and stained mattresses and blood found on bathroom floor.

We are a family of 10 - 6 Adults and 4 children the house was amazing, very spacious and very clean, comfy beds, everything we could of wished for. We would certainly use again.The only thing that let it down, we couldn't use the bbq or pizza oven as they hadn't been cleaned and we didn't have anything to clean them. Luckily there was a spar round the corner which had disposable bbqs.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful place to stay, lot of space for everyone kids enjoyed the games available. However the mattress covers on all beds were stained, this has been handed on to company.

Fabulous property in great location

Such a beautiful property. Great location for Bangor and Llandudno. Excellent beaches for dog walking and just a short stroll to one of the best bar/restaurants I’ve been to in a long time (The Oyster Catcher). Highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

On arrival we were blown away with how gorgeous the property was, the pictures are beautiful but in real life its just amazing. All the rooms are big and comfortable, the outside area was the best we have ever had, it's very secure and very dog and people friendly. Great location for travelling around North Wales and the local pub, The Oysterbar was fantastic too. Thank you for such a great week away for a family catch up, we truly had a fabulous week.

A relaxing winter stay

We loved Coed Y Llan! Beaches and dog friendly walks near by, cozy pubs and restaurants, plenty of room for our large group to relax. The team at Rhosneiger Holidays could not have been more helpful. We will be back in the summer. Great value, fantastic location.

Our family break

We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint again We love the location,the layout ,the outside seating area and especially that we can take all 4 of our dogs It suits our ever growing family we just wish it slept 12 as we can’t all go at the same time unfortunately. It is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need for a holiday

Fantastic family base

Really lovely house for a long weekend with family and dogs - lots of space for everyone and everything we needed had been provided. Lovely to find the cake, milk and fizz on arrival! Easy access to everything from zip lines to gorgeous beach walks and nice places to eat close by. Rooms were clean, spacious and very attractive, minimal hanging space in some, but how much do you really need for a short break? Fabulous, well kept enclosed garden which was safe for dogs and children. The internal courtyard would be fantastic in summer. Loved the big dining table, great for family meals. We would definitely return, loved it!

Perfect for large family groups

The property was exactly as described and we loved the layout with spacious rooms, light and airy, with a choice of 4 social areas (one outside under cover). The dining area had a long table that could easily seat twelve people. Facilities were very good, including washing machine and dryer, although an outdoor washing line would have been a useful addition. The Welcome Pack was also appreciated with its variety of household and food items. Our family of 8 adults and 4 very young children enjoyed our week there with several nearby beaches (walkable) and stunning coastal walks.

Excellent well equipped property. Everything you need and more. Perfect grounds. Plenty of inside room to mingle or sit alone. Beautiful decor. Only downside the property does smell very strongly of dog, especially one bedroom. There was a couple of dog wee stain patches on carpet and side of upstairs settee. We did visit in winter with heating on. Perhaps in warmer months when doors and windows open this wouldn't be a problem.

Family break for husbands 70th

Found the house exactly as described. There was sufficient room for everyone. Very spacious bedrooms/lounge/conservatory/mezzanine My only complaint was the living room carpet was full of stains. ( only needs a clean ) Otherwise perfect. Great location Would definitely book again if going to Wales

Holiday with adult kids

Had a great week away. Property is very spacious and suits holiday makers with older children or separate adults as there is space between bedrooms. Having said this the large bedroom at the back of the property did not recieve WIFI nor mobile signal, so won"t suit all.. Plenty of parking and outdoor space -dog loved it. A conservatory that catches any sun, and nice maintained gardens and flower pots. It was welcoming to come back to after a day out. The mattress in the double room was very hard and would recommend a topper but overall a lovely place to holiday on Anglesey.
