Near the village center, the tramway (towards Montpellier), 20 minutes from the beaches, ideal for walks (few minutes walk from the lake of Crès, 30 minutes by car from the pic st loup ..), for sports holidays: tennis courts at 50m, municipal swimming pool at 200m, jogging in the scrubland, swimming at Lac du Crès or municipal swimming pool ...
4 bedrooms (4 double beds) + mezzanine (1 double sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, large living room.
