Spacious Townhouse Steps from the Beach in Oceanfront Property

This spacious and bright two-story town home with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms is located in the oceanfront Condominium Complex Seascape Sur in Solana Beach.

A generously equipped kitchen, living room with fire place, a patio with seating area and city views make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located inside the unit.

The unit doesn't have air conditioning. Floor fans are available in each bedrooms and in the living areas. The bedrooms are located downstairs and stay relatively cool in summer. Heating in winter is limited to 72dF. Space heaters or other heating devices are not permitted due to fire hazards. Additional blankets and pillows are available.

A short walk through the complex leads you to the beach. Two heated pools, whirl pools, tennis courts and a clubhouse are available for your enjoyment, but may be closed on short notice due to repairs or events. One car can be parked on the property in a secured underground car port.

The condominium complex is located right at the beach.

Shopping, restaurants, the Del Mar racetrack, golf courses and public transportation are all in walking distance.

The condominium complex is located on a bluff. Parking is underground and access to all units involves walking and climbing stairs. Access to the house requires climbing several flights of stairs from the garage, same from the street. Access to the beach is through a gate at the beach end of the complex down the bluff via a public staircase with several flights of stairs.

The complex has a strict no smoking and no vaping policy. Smoking is forbidden entirely at all common areas, inside the house, and on the patios. If you are a smoker or expect guests to visit that want to smoke, please rent elsewhere.

The community is a mix of short term rentals, second homes, and permanent residents. As such, each unit is individually owned and mutual respect in regards of noise and activities is expected. Please refrain from loud music, any type of parties, gatherings, games or other activities that create a lot of noise.

Reservations for more than 30 nights are welcome. In this case, no city tax is charged, which the VRBO system is not able to handle automatically. Please send me a request and I will remove the tax and send you an offer.

Smart Home, Eco-Friendly & Safety Features: This home uses smart indoor environmental sensors (measuring motion, door status, temperature, light, and humidity) to optimize climate control and energy efficiency. These devices do not have cameras, microphones, or any recording capabilities. Your privacy is fully respected. A security camera monitors and records the entryway outside the front door. It has no audio recording capabilities.
