Kristie's on Fraser, Happy Valley

Accommodates up to 10 people, maximum adults 8.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, water views from the decks.
Our property is powered by solar energy. Only the appliances provided in the house may be used- bringing your own appliances (in particular, any fridges, or appliances with heating elements such as hairdryers, coffee machines etc) is not allowed. Phone chargers are OK.
Bed linen and towels are not provided at this property- please BYO sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea-towels etc.
Our small community of Happy Valley has limited resources. Guests are required to leave the house clean. Cleaning products for this are provided.

"Standard Low" $342 /night April, May, June, July, Nov, Dec.*
"High Season" $377 /night August, September, October *
Saturday nights are not available unless within a two-week (13 nights) booking
1 week = 6 nights, 2 weeks = 13 nights, Sunday to Saturday.

no short stays for weekends or during school holidays
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS- (no short stays)

We loved staying at Kristies! The location was great, the outdoor area and bbq was perfect for dinners and breakfast in the breeze and nice grassy yard for the kids to play and have a cool down after a big day on the beach.

Amazing Place to Stay

Very happy with our stay here. Nice and clean, great location. We loved spending time out on the deck. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. Will definitely be back. Also found it very toddler safe (we just blocked off the bottom of the stairs inside) and she could walk around freely inside and on the back deck.

Great for large groups!

The house had everything we needed, accommodated all of us easily and with lots of room. The house was clean & great location with only a 5 min walk to get to the beach and about 2 min walk to the happy valley store/pub. We’ll be back!

Loved the island. So much to see. Happy Valley is a great location. House was well equipped. Large and had lots of board games. Loved thar it had no TV. Made us interact more as a Family!

Great house, great spot

We stayed here for the week and it was great. There is no TV but there are plenty of games to play or you can just relax on the deck. It had everything we needed and more - we bought all the handwash but it already had some there. Heaps of utensils and even containers to use to store leftovers or take food on day trips. The outdoor shower is awesome and helpful to get off all the sand. We would suggest bringing doonas as it gets a bit cold with just the blankets but we layered up so wasnt too bad.The top bed is a bit creaky/noisy but apart from that, we had a great sleep every night. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own time to relax as well which was great. The kids loved exploring outside, around the house. Overall - we loved it and would definitely stay here again.
