We had a fantastic stay at Happy Valley with 6 adults and 4 kids. The property was clean & comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient, and the patio area was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a group.Kevin was very helpful.

Property is lovely. Big deck area that we spent most of the time, great BBQ. However the description of the property does not state that the double bed / single bed room is interconnecting with the bunk room, so not much privacy.It also states to bring blankets and pillow cases however these were both provided.

Great place to holiday the house was very clean with every comfort from home. Property manager was great topping up the water tank every day to make sure we never ran out.

A great place to stay

The house was everything we expected and more great location nice rooms warm showers great pressure. Plenty of room for the kids to run around great entertainment area on the deck a great base to explore the island from we will be back

Quiet location without neighbours but still close to happy valley pub, this is our second time at Lil's Place, definitely worth coming again

We enjoyed our stay here the house was very nice and had everything we needed loved the deck area and bbq used it for breaky and dinner will be back again Thanks for a great stay and smooth check in and check out

Perfect location

We had a beautiful stay at Lil’s Place - everything we needed in one house. Location was perfect, the block backs onto some bush land so nice and private. Perfect deck and BBQ area for afternoon drinks - we will be back!
