Hi, how are you?We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and easy to find. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the other owner, which was lovely.The only suggestion would be to mention in the listing that there is no Wi-Fi available, so guests can bring their own modem if needed.Other than that, everything was perfect! It was a wonderful place to relax and get some good rest.Thank you so much!

Nice location, very close to Berry and easy drive to kangaroo valley. The granny flat is comfortable but a little tired. Although one of the two a/c's did the job, it did struggle and a new toaster wouldn't go astray. Could be lovely views down over the property if the side of the cottage was cleared. Loved the cows and the little toothless horse on the property.I did notice that the outside garbage bin was still full from the last guests.Overall we enjoyed our weekend.

Lovely cozy cottage, clean and well presented. Stay on the farm was a refreshing break from city life. Host Alastair provided a warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous location to unwind for a few days with your four legged family members. Cottage was neat and clean and as described. Alistair and Alison were welcoming and quick to respond.

The pet welcome was exceptional, Lucy and Lucky (who is very hard to please) adored each other. It rained much of the stay. Definitely not a problem. The ongoing mist added to the the atmosphere.We enjoyed reading and Scrabble.In better weather, walkers would marvel at the view from Drawing Room Rocks, the closeness of which hadn't dawned on us.

Nice weekend getaway

Lovely stay, close to Berry

Really enjoyed our stay, and felt welcomed as soon as we arrived to the warm and cosy cottage. It was only a short drive into Berry, and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to coming back!
