My husband and I were well overdue for a weekend of R & R. Norma's Place was perfect for this. Great location within walking distance of the main street and a short drive to the wineries. The cottage was well appointed, cosy and comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

We didn’t want to leave. This little cottage really grew on us. I could picture us living here just like Norma did all those years ago. The house was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possible need and some lovely extra treats from Fay. The gardens were a gorgeous place to explore and adventure just like a visit to nanna’s house, with lovely spots to sit and soak up the morning or afternoon sunshine. The birds were so plentiful, warbling away and living their best lives. The cellar outside in the yard was so interesting and I do recommend venturing down the stairs to have a peak and take in the history. We were just a short and extremely pleasant walk into the main street and a short drive to surrounding attractions including Nuriootpa and Barossa Nursery. We do recommend the Tanunda Club for delicious, well priced dinner. As I said, we didn’t want to leave. Two nights was too short. We hope to return before too long. Many, many thanks.

Lovely Stay

Wonderful old cottage that was cosy and welcoming. Wonderful touches like books, breakfast provisions, wine and even some chocloate to go with the port. Faye is s wonderful host and had thought of everything, we can't wait to return.
