Middleton Bay Retreat is FAMILY & ELDERLY FRIENDLY and is styled with modern furnishings and comfort.

The beach villa has a FULLY SELF CONTAINED kitchen, including dishwasher, oven & microwave. The laundry includes, washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board. All LINEN SUPPLIED, bedding, sheets, bath towels & tea towels, just bring a good book and relax.

Our villa has THREE BEDROOMS, a master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom and TV/DVD with Foxtel, two extra bedrooms with twin single beds in each room, sleeping up to six people. There is a SECOND BATHROOM with a good size shower & grab rails. The second toilet is accessed from the laundry.

ELDERLY FRIENDLY
Our villa is suitable for the Elderly with a flat driveway and entrance when you arrive to grab rails in both showers and a shower chair for guest use (max weight 100kg). Showers have flat access with no Hob.

CHILD FRIENDLY
High chair, portable cot, kids table & chairs, games, two dvd's, two tv's, plastic plates & cups, enclosed courtyard, block out curtains in all bedrooms. Foxtel Kids channels are included also, it's the kids holiday too.

Grab your golf clubs, we are two houses from the iconic Albany Golf Club.

Stroll over the sand dunes to the beautiful Middleton Bay or cycle/walk along the cycleway that follows the coast and takes you to the beautiful tranquil waters of Emu Point or head west to the gentle waves of Middleton Beach.

The house was open plan living in the front which was very well presented and clean. Two clean bathrooms and a separate toilet were great. The main bedroom has a comfortable and clean bed. There is a full laundry and so many games to play.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside home during our holiday trip. The house was impeccably clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable. Its location near the beach was exactly what we were looking for, providing both convenience and relaxation. We especially enjoyed the scenic walking path behind the house, which runs parallel to the beach — a perfect spot for morning or evening strolls. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to return in the future. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Very comfortable place to stay

We stayed at this property for the second time recently and found that once again it was a fantastic place to stay. This time we had our elderly parents with us so needed to use all beds, and all beds were top quality and comfortable. It is furnished and appointed really tastefully and the walk to the beach is short enough to go just for a quick dip, so you don't need to go too far for a relaxing time. We will be back!

Great Beach Holiday

Great little property, perfectly situated to for the beach, getting into town and exploring further. Loved our morning and evening walks on the beach. Host was super easy to get hold of before and during our stay. Really appreciated this. Everything was exactly as presented in the listing.

Fantastic location and spotless house

This house is immaculate and everything is provided which is a great bonus not havinf to cart linen on your holiday. The location is close to amenities and right near the beautiful Middleton beach. You may even see the friendly local bandicoot!

Very nice stay

Sue is a very nice host and easy to communicate. The place is perfect for my holiday in Albany, in a very good location (close to the Emu Point and the town centre) and very clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who would like to spend some time in Albany.

Great location by the beach, comfortable house.

The house was exactly as described online and in the photos. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Very close to the beach, just a short walk and nice and quiet. Plenty of useful information provided by owner. My only gripe was no access to power points to charge phones/devices, we had to reach behind a bedside table to unplug the alarm clock and use that. In this day and age, I would expect at least one or two outlets for this purpose but easy to fix with a power board. Would stay again.

We purchased this property to use for our family as we love Albany and all it has to offer with it's amazing beaches and national parks to explore. The villa has turned into a popular place to stay for our many repeat guests and we therefor have another property in Albany to use ourselves.

What makes this property unique

I think our villa is special due to it's location to Middleton Bay (you can hear the surf at night when it's a lovely quite evening) and the Iconic Albany Golf Course being only two doors away. We are situated in a very quite small coastal suburb of Albany.
