Swimming pool, panoramic view on luberon in The Heart Of The Village Of Gordes

Our house is located in the heart of the village of Gordes, in the calade.

The property has an exceptional and dominant views over the Luberon mountains and the valley from all rooms. You will be able to enjoy our house for its views, its authenticity, its renovation with modern comfort and the three suites all well equipped. Lounges offer quiet intimacy between friends and family with the rumor in the village that disappears at night.

The house has just been renovated.

The house consists of a ground floor and two additional floors.

On the ground floor, the house opens to the kitchen with a large kitchen island of nearly 4 meters by 2 meters. The kitchen island has a sink, a tap with shower, table induction four fires. On the kitchen island is also located the dishwasher, the washing machine, the tumble dryer, a microwave and an oven. Close to the kitchen island is the dining room with a large table that can accommodate ten guests. A window provides access to the garden from the dining room.

In front of the kitchen island, one step lead to the double lounge with a sofa and a table. The double lounge overlooks the streets.

From the double lounge, a staircase allows you to go to the first floor that starts with a small lounge with a sofa, armchairs and a bench.

This small lounge serves three bedrooms, two joined in on.

The first room is the Master suite (see picture). It has a triple exposure: Luberon, garden and Gordes path. It has a large bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, a large bathtube, a small desk, dresser. It has also a private access to a bathroom with shower and a sink and, in front of the bathroom, a toilet in a separated room. This bedroom is suitable for a couple who will benefit from a perfect intimacy.

The other two bedrooms on the first floor are attached on. The large bedroom is deserved by the small living room of the first floor. It has a fireplace preserved, two beds of 90 cm by 200cm which are joined to make a single bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, but can be separated if necessary. The room has a closet and a dresser. It will have later a bathtube instead of the closet. This room can be suitable for a couple or two singles. The room has an amazing view over the Luberon mountains.

This bedroom with chimney has a direct access to a small living room with a sofa bed that can make a 90 cm by 200 cm and a wardrobe with hanging. It is also possible to get a second bed if required with mattress 90cm x 200cm bed but it will not be at the same level as the sofa. This room is suitable for a single or two children or two singles. This lounge has an amazing view over the Luberon mountains.

These two bedrooms are separated by a small WC and a bathroom with shower, small sink and laundry bag. Doors provide perfect privacy between the bedroom with fireplace and the living room, if it is converted into a bedroom.

A staircase leads to the second floor and serves the other two bedrooms: a suite and a bedroom for kid / baby..

The Suite has a bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, an island bath, a wardrobe with hanging space and a small extra bench. This room is suitable for a couple. The bedroom has an amazing view over the Luberon mountains.

The bedroom in front of the suite is a bedroom suitable for children with two beds of 190 cm by 90, a real cot, baby bath, high chair, a footstool and toys. It can make room for adults since the beds are large enough and the separating door offers perfect intimacy between the nursery and the room opposite.

These two bedrooms are separated by small WC and a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, laundry bag. Separative doors allow full privacy among the suite and the smaller bedroom.

Each floor has a hair dryer in a very good power.

The stairs are almost original regards their stiffness. Guests must therefore be prepared :). People with difficulties to walk should not take the stairs. Kids can climb them under the parents control.

The garden includes a terrace with long chairs and a table and a swimming pool.
