The property was in an amazing location with both the beach and Inlet a very short walk, lots of opportunities to kayak, swim and fish! Lots of wildlife and a beautiful area to explore. The house had most things we needed, and the host was fantastic at replying to our messages when we had a few issues.However;Only downside was the cleanliness and general maintenance to the property.Little things like broken cups, dirty walls, skirting, lots of dust under beds, dirty kitchenware. Things like broken tv remotes, broken outdoor furniture etc. Overall we had a lovely stay after doing a clean of the house ourselves. With a little TLC the property would be amazing. I would definitely recommend the property if the cleaning and maintenance was better.

Nice location and affordable accomodation

Our family had a wonderfull weekend. Few minutes walk to the beach, kangaroos around, big backyarr, spacious rooms and all kitchen stuff provided.

The house is big and roomy with queen sized beds, two bathrooms and all the comforts of home. There is a view to the creek and there is a mob of kangaroos that lounge and feed nearby. There are lots of birds to be seen and there is one very friendly King Parrot. It is central to the beach, creek and bush.

Great affordable holiday house, we had 2 families stay, lots of room and amenities. Overall we had a great stay, owner redponded quickly to my questions when required. Berrara and Sussex Inlet had lots to offer with Swan Lake and local beaches otherwise is good to chill out in a quiet spot surrounded by kangaroos and native birds.

Long weekend stay

We stayed at the property 2 nights in late May and throughly enjoyed our stay. Location is awesome. Short walk to the water. Nice and quiet. The house is so well equipped. A lovely relaxing weekend. Definitely consider a return visit

Convenient and well equipped

This house was well equipped with everything we needed, close to the beach and clean. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. FYI: Coles does deliver to the area if you dont want to drive the 40mins to Norwa to get shopping.

Quiet street and place, quite close to beach and stuff. could do with air con and definately needs bins in bathrooms and maybe a broom for easy sweeping. Other than that great place and location and very enjoyable.
