Are you planning a weekend in Saratoga this year? This is the perfect place to be a base camp for all your trips and winter ski resorts which are close by! Available throughout the year. Freshly updated with all new furnishings, this 4 bedroom (5th bedroom in basement) 2 bath home has everything you need. Spacious rooms, comfy decor, front porch and rear deck with outdoor furnishings, gas grill and a brand new hot tub are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. There's even a furnished room in the basement for a last minute guest! A/C, wifi, cable TVs and plenty of off-street parking. Just 1.5 miles to downtown Saratoga and easy access to I-87.
When requesting to reserve - Please provide breakdown of group - ages/couples etc. as we cater to respectable groups over age 30 that will sleep in the beds furnished with the house

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather the used towels and start a wash in the Maytag washer and no need to remove the linens off the beds - Thanks
Please scrape grill grates of any residue that may have been left there
Shut all AC units aside from Dining room unit
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful Property and extremely helpful host! Stayed here with 4 couples and had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Minutes from Broadway/Downtown and minutes from Racetrack. We had no problem getting back and forth from town whether we were driving or taking ride share. Highly recommend for a fun family vacation.

Our stay was excellent! The property was fabulous and was large enough to comfortably sleep our family . The backyard was shaded and fenced in. The drive to Saratoga Springs was 1.3 miles. This is not walkable due to a very busy highways. I would highly recommend this rental home
