Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place kitchen trash & recycling in the green bins in the garage. Please place recyclables them loose in the indicated bin. The company will not take our recyclables if they are in plastic bags.
If checking out on Sunday or Monday, please place green trash bins at the end of the driveway. Recycling pick-up comes every other week, so we indicate in welcome message if it is to be left out.
Please return the key accessed at check-in to the same lockbox at the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No firearms or other flammable or hazardous materials, such as fireworks, are allowed on the property
Internet: Do not give out wifi password outside of rental party; Do not reset or modify the router password; Do not transmit any unlawful material.

Perfect Stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Beautiful home, super spacious, very clean and very cozy. The heated pool was also a great addition.

The house was perfect, well located, very clean, the communication was quick. This had been my favorite rental, not because it was the biggest or had the nicest features but because I felt like a wanted guest in someone’s house. The little things left, some beverages in the fridge, plenty of paper towels, lots of extra food supplies so I didn’t need to buy another shaker of salt. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great home and host!

We met friends here for a weekend getaway. Home very clean with all amenities and plenty of cozy space for three couples, could have had four. Great location close to everything. Top notch hospitality and communication from host from the beginning and all the way through our stay. Don't hesitate to book!

Relaxing & fun weekend trip!

My friends and I stayed at this house while we were in town for our 5-year college reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us (6 of us total), and everything was very clean and tidy! We were not able to use the pool much due to chilly weather but we enjoyed sitting on the back patio nonetheless. The location was also great -- only took 7ish minutes to get into downtown Saratoga! Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot close to racecourse

Great property , loved the easy walk to Saratoga racecourse . House is well equipped better than most I’ve stayed in . Would be nice to be able to control the a/c as it was a little warm overnight for us but would recommend highly to anyone looking to stay in Saratoga . We really enjoyed our stay welcome drinks and chips was a nice touch .

Great Memorial Day Stay

This house was great for our long weekend. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids, had planned on 2 more adults but they had to cancel. We would have had enough room for all. Inside and outside was well furnished and classy. Outdoor pool area was great, had bad weather so we didn’t get to enjoy but I’m sure it’s nice. Great location close to downtown Saratoga and the track. Would recommend!

Wow!

Lovely, recently updated property. Clean, roomy, and nice neighborhood near the track. Easy walk to Congress park. Having the pool was a plus! We really appreciated how well stocked the house was, from drinks to beach towels and sunscreen! The hosts, Chris and Amy, were quick to respond and even sent a message the day of check in to make sure all was good! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great house for family

We were in town for parents' weekend at Skidmore College with a number of family members. We loved this house. The pictures don't convey just how nice it is, especially since it looks for modest from the outside. We had a really nice evening cooking in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen, with space for everyone to hang out. The gas fireplace was a nice centerpiece later on for talking (and not resorting to TV watching). The extra bedroom and bath are at the basement level with an additional lounge area AND a bar, and made a really cool private area for a bachelor uncle. He was thrilled to discover it. The kids took advantage of basketball in the driveway. And we enjoyed a morning stroll to the market for breakfast. We'll be back!
