Very well equipped and cosy house, with lots of space, and a family history attached to it. Close to town and attractions. Host was communicative and helpful.
Wonderful stay. The home was super comfortable in a beautiful country setting with rabbits and kangaroos in the garden yet close to town. The owners had cut wood for the fire and provided some basic items in the kitchen which were appreciated. We loved it and will return
Loved that the house was very private on a large block but central to everything. We had the fire roaring for pizza night in. Loved everything about our stay there. We would definitely chose to stay there again.

Thank you for staying . We are pleased you had a nice stay.
Our family visited recently to enjoy a winter escape in Stanthorpe. Wisteria Place was perfect for our group - great location close to town, warm cosy beds and a nice fireplace. The breakfast provisions were generous and much appreciated. The house has everything you need - we had a lovely stay, thank-you.
The house was clean and tidy, very homely, beds very comfortable, a nice touch with the milk and bread already in the refrigerator. A great position, walking distance to the city.
We loved this property - 4 rooms with 4 beds so we could all have our own space. Great fireplace for the winter and quiet location on a few acres. Communication with owner was perfect.
Roomy and comfortable stay with homely touches. Big enough to accommodate two families if needed and the fireplace keeps the whole place warm. Whilst being very close to town, it feels removed and private. Great communication from the owner. Would not hesitate to stay again!
The house was perfect for us. A bedroom each with lovely comfortable beds. There was a beautiful fire place with wood supplied. The shower over the spa bath was a bit awkward to get in and out of but plenty of hot water. The house is a bit out of the town centre but there was a good taxi service to take us to the events we had planned.

Fiona's group was great. We would love to have them stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at wisteria place, house was well stocked and cosy and very close to the main centre . Phil our host went above & beyond to make our stay memorable. Thanks again
My friends and I recently stayed from 18 - 20 July 2025. The facilities were good, especially having 4 bedrooms for 4 adult female travellers. Having a fireplace was a bonus as it warmed up the house on the chilly evenings. Contact with the hosts, especially Phil was excellent. Having brekkie provisions already provided when we arrived late in the afternoon on the first day was very welcome.
A relaxing property ideal for a larger group with plenty of beds. Fireplace was lovely and cozy. Very close to Stanthorpe, approx 5 mins. Would recommend if wanting to dine out, you may need to book ahead of time. We tried 3 restaurants on Saturday of stay and no vacancies which was surprising, yet good for those establishments.
Philip was an exceptional host who was easy to communicate with. The property was absolutely beautiful and I loved being visited by the wildlife.Something to note - the home is of an older style and thus does not have fly screens on all the windows. That was a bit of a fright during the first few nights when we were visited by a lot of bugs.Regardless, the property is lovely with full amenities available onsite and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stanthorpe was a beautiful area to visit and Philip provided us with many recommendations. I would happily return to Wisteria Place!
Wonderful hosts who were quick to respond to any messages we sent and who went over and above to meet our special requests. The comfortably furnished older home was in a quiet location close to town and was perfect for our group of five retirees. The home was listed as having only one bathroom but there is a second toilet. Anyone with mobility issues might have difficulty accessing the shower which is over a spa bath.
We had a lovely time and look forward to staying there again on our next visit.
