America House

We enjoyed our stay here. A beautiful house in a very nice area. It is a quiet area, except the fireworks for the Fourth. Not far from shopping and restaurants. You just need to plan ahead, since the traffic can be crazy. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the fenced backyard was very nice to relax outside. We will definitely be back!

The cottage was cozy and clean. The family room was comfortable for everyone to sit together. Nice dining tables inside and on back deck. The hot tub and fire pit were great, as was the fenced in yard for my son’s small dog. The laundry room in basement could use more lighting. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels . The walk to beach was 0.8 miles, but there were port a potty’s available. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Week

We had a great week on The Cape. The house was perfect for us. Great kitchen/dining/family room space. And great fenced in yard for our dog. The fire pit area was very relaxing.It was a short walk to the beach and the Sand Bar, plus Cuffys was right around the corner. We highly recommend this property!

Great Experience

We had a wonderful week with our family at this house. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill to cook out a few times. The house also had beach towels, beach chairs and bikes - which were great as we often biked to the beach, We used the outdoor space quite a bit and enjoyed sitting out by the fire table after dinner. When we had a question or needed something, the host was very responsive. Great place!

Girls' Weekend

The America House fulfilled all of our needs and was a great place to spend a long weekend with friends. Plenty to do with the foosball game, poker table, and bumper pool and we were very much enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by the gas firepit. Lastly, the property owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Thank you!

Great home and location

We loved our stay at this property. The home is charming, well decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. We have a large family and there was ample space, and we never ran out of hot water for showers. The outdoor dining and patio furniture was on point. We enjoyed starting every morning our with our coffee on the deck and ending the day with outdoor family dinners. The walk to the beach is easy and .50 mile to one of our favorite beaches in West Dennis. I highly recommend this home; it is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fully fenced back yard. Communication with the property owner was timely and they answered all of my questions. My family looks forward to staying here again in the future!

Loved Walk2Beach, HotTub, FirePit, PetsOK

We had an amazing week on the Cape at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our whole family, plenty of space, super comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The sunroom was a great spot for morning coffee and evening chats, and the game table was a great bonus, we spent hours doing puzzles there, which became one of our favorite activities during the week. We loved ending the days relaxing in the hot tub and or gathering around the fire table on the deck with the cute patio bistro lights, which made for the perfect way to unwind after beach days. We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs — they loved it as much as we did! It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and complete. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect home for our cape vacation

My family vacations to the cape every year and have stayed in a few different homes, and this was definitely a favorite! The location cannot be beat. We were close to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops in town. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that made for enjoyable morning and evening walks. The house itself was very clean and the five of us had plenty of room between the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub out back, the foosball and pool tables, as well as the outdoor firepit (perfect for roasting marshmallows)!. Above everything, the communication was amazing and response times were immediate. I cannot recommend this home enough. Looking forward to next summer!

Girls Trip

We rented this house out the week leading up to our college graduation and it was perfect in every way! We fit comfortably in all the bedrooms, were so close to beaches, and so close to everything on the cape. The bikes, game room and hammock were definitely used all week and we really enjoyed our time at the America House!

Great!!

This is an awesome property with everything you’ll need to have a great vacation. Location is perfect and the house is well kept. The house fit 8 adults easily and the bonus game room is a great addition to the house. And the owner was great to interact with. We would definitely vist the American house again!!!

We've had a very nice stay in Dennis. The weather was beautiful and the house was just big enough for the 12 of us. Confortable, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and close to the beach. We loved it!

Wonderful property and great owner!

My friends and I loved our stay in the America House! There were a few bumps but the owner was extremely responsive! The common spaces in the house have recently been updated and the house is fully stocked with everything you might need for an excellent vacation! It was obvious that the owner put a lot of pride and attention to detail into the house before he listed it for rental. I highly recommend staying here!

Just right for my family, friends and doggie.

The home was pretty clean and had enough room for my family, friends and my dog. Some of it was recently renovated and the owner isn't done yet. Can't wait to go back and see the next update. It was so close to everything. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the private beach 1/2 mile down the street.
