Beach Villa 2 - 3 Bedroom Near Beach and Town

Facing east, the property borders the foreshore esplanade of Four Mile Beach and is only a short walk away from both beach access and the town centre of Port Douglas.

The fully fenced and heated swimming pool has a waterfall feature and sun-baking deck complete with casual outdoor entertaining area, a BBQ and a kitchen bar and servery.

Downstairs offers a casual lounge area with glass sliding doors that open onto the deck. The streamlined contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has bi-fold windows that open onto a servery for outdoor dining access. There is also a formal dining setting for more intimate occasions. Entertainment features include stereo, TV and a WiFi internet connection

Up the stairs will lead to the master king bedroom. This suite has a walk-in robe, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with views over the foreshore rainforest.

Two bedrooms downstairs include a king bedroom with walk-in robe, overlooking the deck and swimming pool. The third bedroom has two single beds making it ideal for older children. These two rooms share a full size bathroom with separate toilet.

High ceilings create a light and airy environment. The villa has secure remote controlled undercover parking in addition to a security entrance to the Beach Villa grounds.

The Property was very clean, in a great location and the amenities were exactly as advertised and what we were looking for when we decided to visit. We had a fantastic week away and the features and creature comforts (including the pool) made our time around the villa just so relaxing and enjoyable. Everything we were expecting and very, very comfortable. 10 min walk into Port Douglas and 2 min walk to beach. Some stains on bed linen which was the only disappointment, otherwise brilliant

Family vacation in Paradise

From the moment we stepped inside we felt at home. The villa was so spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay in paradise. The beds were lovely and firm (just how i like it!). The fans & air con in every room worked so well you forgot how sticky it and humid was outside! The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need to whip up a feast. And let's not forget that amazing pool, which we made sure to use every single day of our stay. All in all, this villa suited our family perfectly and we cannot wait to come back! Thankyou :)

Lovely, clean villa close to Four Mile Beach & town. Easy 10-15 min walk to Macrossan St (beach end). Quiet area. Third bedroom a little small, but fine for kids. Appreciated generous household supplies.

Great get away

Good location. Easy walking distance to main street and restaurants and bars, but also very quiet. Very clean and cool. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wonderful villa

We enjoyed staying here, a family of four plus the grandparents upstairs. Excellent location close enough to main street but far enough away for peace and quiet. So close to beach you can hear the waves at night. The pool, while not overly big, was refreshing to swim in. Everything you could want in the kitchen, plenty of towels, beach things for the kids. I had such a peaceful rest here and everyone else in the complex was very welcoming and quiet! Would love to stay again.
