This modern spacious three bedroom house has open plan living areas and is right on the bank of the river. The property has a private outlook, with expansive glass to take in the water views. Indoor living areas flow onto a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
It has polished timber floors, high ceilings, and a well equipped kitchen. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in bedrooms. High speed internet.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed +TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunks. Trundle bed available by prior arrangement. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and seperate hob style bath, plus a seperate toilet.
Set on a huge block with ample parking plus double tandem lockup garage. You can tie your boat up to the house at high tide with a fully serviced boat launch ramp 200m away for low tide. The property is not fully fenced as it has a 70m high tide boundary.
The large entertaining deck has a gas webber BBQ, dining setting and lounges; with a locking pool gate to contain children and pets. There are mangos free to pick in season. An easy walk or ride on the provided bicycles to shops.

Great getaway

Really nice property that is clean and fully equipped.Huge yard with amazing bird life. Just do not forget to bring your body insect spray as the midges are the only downside.

Almost perfect

The house and location were excellent. Everything that you need for a great holiday is there. The only worry we had was the stairs but only because we had two 85 year old’s with us but they managed and were very impressed with everything else. We would definitely stay there again.

awesome home away from home

The only negative was the few mozzies so be prepared with repellant for the early morning and arvo. In saying this Iluka just had a deluge of rain. Watching nature with the tide and the birds was relaxing. Enjoyed the river and beach walks with the dogs. Thanks for loving our V's!

A pearl on the river

Riverpearl exceeded our expectations in our search for a private, peaceful escape in a beautiful location yet close enough to amenities.For 3 retirees & one small dog, our creature comforts we well catered for. The expansive, private deck facing directly onto the mangroves on the edge of the river provided us with hours of delight & tranquility as we witnessed the tidal flow & the variety of wildlife that accompanied it. A wonderful, healing space from which to explore the beautiful surrounding landscapes of Iluka. We shall return!

Beautiful and clean, ouiet and easy access to property, plenty of room for a large family and pets ❤

There were fire's burning when we stayed 2019 November, we were very well looked after, by the Owner's, Only needed sheets, Towels, clothes, Food, everything else was there, Very nice place to stay, We will Stay again 👍👍👍👍💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Relaxing river retreat

A lovely peaceful getaway with a fabulous deck to relax on. We were sheltered and snug in spite of the torrential rain and enjoyed the diverse birdlife.

Lovely place

We had our first family holiday in ages and loved the property which had enough space to not be on top of each other but was perfect to be together. The kitchen was great and the space very pleasing in general and the verandah was lovely in the early evening. We fished on the river, from the beach and from a tinny, so good. We would definitely stay again.
