Beautiful home

Beautiful comfortable home with everything we needed for a 4 day trip to the Cape. Centrally located in the middle cape to enjoy everything . The Host provided us with enough information to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely look to stay here again if the home is available on our next mini vacation

Chatham Hydrangea House

House was great and very much like the pictures. We enjoyed grilling, playing bocci ball and enjoying the house. Weather wasn't great so spent more time at the house than anticipated. Proximity to Main street Chatham, shopping and local golf was very convenient. One recommendation is to enhance the silverware supply.

Enjoyed the whole interior and exterior of the house.One room of improvement could be better lighting on the hall bath. Very darkThe water for the master bath was challenging, but eventually figured it out.Would’ve liked to see more face- hand towels - Everything else was perfect. Really enjoyed, the stay. I’m a landscaper:very well done on the back yard - very intimate and private- huge plus I would stay here again.

Pro's: Beautifully decorated, nice sunroom, nice deck, quiet neighborhood Con's: We had to wash sheets when we arrived in one bedroom because they were dirty, only 5 forks in the drawer, overall not clean (cobwebs and dust), washer and dryer is extremely old, handful of towels and no hand towels, paid a cleaning fee but still had to strip our own beds before we left and empty the dishwasher, old sets of pots and pans. Realistically, this could be a 5 star place if you invested a little money in it (ie. new washer/dryer, new set of pots and pans, more silverware, and more towels).

It’s sweet and cute, but the supplies and necessities are severely lacking. We were a group of 5 women that would be staying 5 nights. The host did not provide enough of anything, including communication. The home was nice and clean, but during our first day, we realized we would need to go to the local CVS to buy toilet paper, paper towels, towels, and trash bags. There were only minimal of each in the home. During our stay, the hot water stopped working. Rather than explain how to fix this situation, the contact simply STOPPED communicating. We were forced to take cold showers in the outdoor shower (warmer outside). When the contact finally responded, the next day, he sent us what a serviceman suggested, and it was a simple fix. No communication and lack of concern for our situation caused us added vacation stress we did not need.Shower pressure in home: guest shower is great! Master shower has a trickle and no pressure. So, in my not so succinct summary and review of this home - find another place to stay!

Beautiful home

I came for a girls trip with three friends, and this house was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, has comfortable beds, a great sunroom for talking, and a gorgeous backyard with tons of hydrangeas. It had the cape cod feel we were looking for!

Don’t waste your time!

Was supposed to rent this house for 4 days. Arrived to South Chatham for you to cancel our reservation 1 hour before we were to check in. You left my family scrambling to find a place to stay! I thought it was weird that it took you two days to reply to my email after several attempts reaching out to you! I finally spoke to you the DAY BEFORE we left and never once did you mention canceling our trip on us. SHAME ON YOU!! We had non refundable tickets for excursions that we would be out of. Then tell us we would get a refund in 14 business day! Leaving us with that much less. Stay away from this company! #karma

Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful and very roomy. The family room is very comfortable and we were able to hang out there at night with the French doors closed while getting the kids to bed. The yard is also a nice space. We ordered food and ate outside one night and also made s’mores with the nice fireplace/fire pit. Also, the outdoor shower was a hit and also saves time with the other two bathrooms being used. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and a nice surprise was there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, which the description of the house said a full size bed. Overall a great space and perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful Cape home and Amazing outdoor space.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Only two critiques - the garbage was a problem. Only one bin and pickup once which was Saturday. The bin was basically full by Tuesday night. There was Already garbage in it in Saturday morning when we checked In due to prior renter. Also really missed not having a microwave especially since we ate in a lot due to Covid. Other than that we had a great stay. Great spaces, close to towns, beaches, golf and Grocery story! Quiet neighborhood.
