MINIMUM STAY IS 7 NIGHTS.
Oceanspray is a modern spacious beach home in a great location. Just 200 metres walk to the beautiful Tathra Beach, cafes, childrens playground, skate park, club and shops. This family home is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. There are 3 living areas, 3 decks and 3 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning, laundry downstairs with clothes dryer, freezer and bar fridge, and a 2nd tub and washing machine in a upstairs bathroom. Enjoy the stunning beach and coastal views from the living areas or decks, or from the front ground level grassed and paved courtyard. The back deck also looks onto the bush at the rear of the property, a peaceful and private spot to sit, or settle on the front deck and have a BBQ with a view.

The main bedroom upstairs is roomy, has a flat screen tv and large windows look onto the bush. It has access out onto the back deck and its own bathroom with spa bath.
The second bedroom upstairs looks out to the beach.

Downstairs there are 2 good size bedrooms, laundry and the 3rd bathroom. Step out of the sunroom onto the front courtyard with plush grass to laze on, or step out the back door onto another private deck. Table Tennis is also avalible for all to enjoy.

During winter this house enjoys full sunlight from sunrise to sunset with wall panel heaters and air conditioning.

Tathra is a lovely coastal town a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle.

Great views and so much space!

Perfect for our group of ten ranging from grandmothers to older teenage girls! Hard to leave this home after a week with so many stunning views of coast and bush from the house and plenty of space for all of us. Felt at home immediately and this house has all you could possibly need. Loved the area with all the beautiful and quiet beaches to explore and Tathra providing great coffee / food options enticing you to stay and soak up the beach life! Felt like we were rewired into a simpler way of living.

Absolutely Perfect!!

What a memorable family Christmas we had at Oceanspray. We had family come together from Melbourne and Sydney. 8 people altogether including 2 young children, and it was absolutely perfect. The house beautiful. So big, spacious and very clean. Very homely. Great for kids. It ticked all the boxes. And what a perfect location. So close to the beach, playground and awesome skatepark, and walking distance to the cafes and restaurants. Kim was absolutely fantastic to communicate with. She was extremely prompt when responding to messages and very helpful when answering my questions. They even provided a Christmas tree and decorations which was a very nice touch. We would highly recommend Oceanspray and plan to stay there again when we next visit Tathra!!

A great family holiday

We loved our stay at Kim and Terry's home! The house was perfect for two families, with bedrooms and seperate living areas upstairs and down. A fully stocked kitchen was extremely handy, and we loved the fire pit area. The house is very close to the main area of Tathra which we liked. A minor suggestion would be to have some more storage for clothes in the main bedrooms, as we stayed for a week and did not have much space to store our clothes Thanks so much!

Perfect a House for a Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our extended family over Christmas. This house is perfect for a group stay including kids and we were all very comfortable here for the week. The house is so much better in person than the photos online and the view is AMAZING! The owners couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly, thinking of everything a guest would need including a Christmas tree and decorations. Their communication was excellent throughout the booking process and the house was spotless and well set up upon check in! Located just up the hill we would walk down to the gym park and local cafes each morning for a coffee. We will definitely be back to this beautiful town. Thanks so much for having us Kim and Terry we loved every minute.

The property was modern, light and airy with plenty of living spaces and 3 decks.A walk to the beach (up hill on the way back). The fully equipped kitchen made handling the Xmas family get together easy. Plenty of chairs for all the family. Table tennis in the garage was a bonus. The owners were lovely and helpful and even had a Xmas tree up for us. Very thoughtful. We intend to go back.

It had bird feeders and we were also able to see kangaroos and a kookaburra visited each evening. There are 4 tvs and one of them had Foxtel (with sport). There are great views of the beach as well. Everything has been thought of here. The owners made us feel really welcome and there was even a Christmas tree. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return one day!

For 7 days over Easter our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Oceanspray. The modern home provides magnificent views of the coastline from the living room, kitchen area and balconies.The home is only a short walk to the surf beach and shops. The 4 bedrooms provide ample space for families or friends and the 3 bathrooms were more than sufficent for use by the family. The owners had ensured that the home was well presented for our visit and all modern cooking facilities etc were readily available for our use. I have no hesitation in recommending this home to any large family or group of friends wishing to holiday in the beautiful seaside town of Tathra.
