Great apartment in a pleasant, clean, well decorated residential building. Within walking distance (5-10 mins) to downtown and restaurants in the South Shore neighborhood. A good coffee shop (PennyCup) is located next door; a small park located conveniently in front of the building when bringing a dog.Communication by the host was excellent – replies within minutes on any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is close to everything downtown and allowed us to walk almost everywhere. Having the parking space included was great as well. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed while looking at a local college. We loved this rental. It was a great layout, balcony was nice, great kitchen, walking distance to downtown Asheville, convenient parking. Really a nice place to stay.
Once we figured out the app to get into the lot and building, everything was easy in/out. Great central location being close to downtown area but also not too far from Biltmore.
Accommodations were A+. Would definitely stay again. Hope this rental avoided most of the damage from Helene.
Experience was great, everything in the heart of downtown was walkable. The condo was easy to enter and was exactly as expected. We really enjoyed our stay
Excellent location. Just a few steps from restaurants and a small grocery, but off the main drag, so it was quiet. Secure building, easy parking. Good bed. If you are planning to cook, ask for additional cooking items. Had a great time.
The location of the condo was close to everything one would want to do in the town of Asheville. The building was as described in the listing and very secure with electronic locks from parking to entry into the condo. The condo was well equipped especially with all the dining options outside your door. We would stay here again without hesitation.
This is a great location and we would definitely stay again. unfortunately, the unit seemed really well used and showing wear including cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, chipped paint, worn cabinetry and furniture. For the price and location it was worth it, but we were hoping for more since the images were so nice. I'm sure the unit gets a lot of use. Overall a great stay. Love the app for easy, secure access.
Lovely condo, in perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and parking seemed secure and safe. It was also very quiet with little noise from other tenants or the street. We did struggle with a poorly stocked kitchen and this could be improved by adding some items like baking dishes, additional pans, serving dishes. Otherwise the condo is a lovely place for a couple or two guests.
We very much enjoying our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property managers were quick to respond and resolve the issue we encountered with the Paxton App (that worked perfectly the first 3 days. I didn't work one evening trying to get into the parking lot, but I quickly received a fob to use the rest of the stay).
I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Asheville.
Great part of town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Loved the outdoor terrace with fireplace. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because the shower could use bleach (mold), the walls need to be wiped down (scuffs & scrapes). It looks like a family lives in it full time and not like a professional cleaner comes in regularly like other VRBOs I’ve been in.
