The perfect location to suit everyone! Located on a quiet ocean block in sought-after Seaside Park this house is steps to the beach and within walking distance to all of what both Seaside Park and Seaside Heights has to offer! This beach block, air conditioned home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

Free wifi and cable!

First floor has 1 Master bedroom with King bed and full private bathroom, 1 bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with one full size bed. Living room, Dining room, kitchen, and full bathroom.

Second floor has one full bathroom and two additional bedrooms: 2 full beds in the first bedroom and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom.

All bedrooms have closet and drawer space and are individually air conditioned.

Tenants may use a shared outdoor shower located behind the cottage next door (same property).

Off-street parking accommodates approximately 4 to 6 vehicles

Great location!

We stayed here for a family reunion at the beach with little kids and it was perfect for us. The beach is half a block away and the boardwalk is right there. It was so easy to check in and I really liked that the managers of the property were right next door. They were helpful whenever we needed them.

Classic shore beach house

This well located traditional beach house is exactly as described. The seven of use where comfortable and found access to the beach very convenient. If you are looking for a “boardwalk beach” experience this is very suitable. The state park is nearby for a less crowded day on the beach.

House was roomy, and furnishings comfortable. Grace and Rocky couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! A great location and perfect for our family's shore vacation.

We had a great time at this beach house. It was so close to the beach in the boardwalk. Lots of space for our family. Air conditioners in every room so we could control our own temperature. Can't wait to go again next year!

Nice week at the beach

The house is very big and it fit all of us comfortably. The large kitchen was great for preparing family meals and the large dining table was perfect for all of us to be able to eat together. I was concerned that the house was so close to the Seaside Heights boardwalk, but it wasn't an issue. The neighborhood and beach were quiet and friendly.

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second year staying at 25 Decatur, and the house was even more inviting than last year! Many improvements have been made over the winter, and made our stay in our home away from home very comfortable! Thank you Grace and Rocky for dealing with any issues which popped up with a "no problem" attitude. You are great house managers!

Perfect for families.

It was a wonderful house to have my children and grandchildren stay in. We had enough room for everyone and the kitchen was a great space to prep meals. Loved the outside deck and a space for the kids to play. Location is great and parking was a huge plus. We never moved the car once we arrived. Everything is in walking distance. If we had any questions, Dayna, the owner answered them immediately. Would definitely rent again. 😊

Great location!

We had a great family vacation at this home! The location is unbeatable - few houses away from both the boardwalk and the beach. This made traveling to the beach very easy (with chairs and umbrellas it was easy to just run back to the home). The home itself was very nice - clean and simple, exactly what we needed. We also were travelling with a wide range of aged guests (grandparents 75+, and an infant under 6months) and we had no problems with the home and all our various needs. That all said, I do wish the home provided more beach passes (if the home can sleep 12, they should offer more than just 4 beach tags), however this was the only (very minor) qualm about the home. Highly recommend!

Could not ask for anything more!

My family and I had a great week! The home was perfect in so many ways: 1. Parking - We were able to fit 5 cars with no issue. 2. Location - Less than a 5 minute walk from the front door to the ocean. 3. Size - More than enough room for our family of 12. The house is bigger in person than it appears in pictures. 4. Service - Rocky and Dana were awesome; always avaliable to assist and answer questions. We are thankful we chose this house as our home for the week to create new memories that will last a lifetime!

Recommend Highly!

We were a group of 4 traveling from FL to a wedding in NJ. We grew up in NJ and vacationed at the Jersey shore our entire lives. This property is outstanding! A few houses from the south end of Seaside's famous boardwalk the location is close to everything ( restaurants, bars, boardwalk). Very clean, spacious, and the owners are great! We plan on staying here against in 2023.

Wonderful Beach House!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Seaside Park. We could not have asked for a better location. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the main attractions at the boardwalk were only 5 minutes away. Everything was walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable with enough room to fit friends and family. The beds/mattresses were pleasant to sleep on and we really enjoyed having dinners on the outside patio. Thank you Dayna for having us!!!

Great family getaway together

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Seaside. The house was immaculately clean and our host was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Even mother nature cooperated with beautiful weather and a calm, clean ocean. You just can't beat vacation at the Jersey shore.

Amazing!!

We had the best time. Rocky and Grace are just the sweetest people. House was clean, comfortable and literally less than a block from the beach. The house is located a block south of the boardwalk, so you are away from the noise, but close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. Just a magnificent stay. Can not wait to go back next year!!

Our host were the best Grace and Rocky This is a great house, i stayed with my 2 16 yearolds and 10 of their friends, the house is very roomy, the decor is very nice beds were comfy A/C in every room 3 full bathroom which is great and a nice deck with great grill in rear
