This spacious, airy and relaxing 3 bedroom house, comes with a beautiful loft and an additional queen pull out sofa bed, two air mattresses for extra company and 2 1/2 bathrooms. This home provides a breathtaking view of the waterfront with plenty of land, It sits on Mill Creek just off of the Chesapeake Bay and the Severn River. Located on Mulberry Hill Road, Annapolis, Maryland, This lovely and secluded Suisse Chalet is located 5 minutes from the United States Naval Academy, the community of West Annapolis and downtown historic Annapolis, State Capital of Maryland. It s comfortable all year long. It is warm and cozy in the winter with the fireplace and ready for summer and the colorful Fall in between! Conveniently located 30 minutes from Washington, D.C. or Baltimore, Maryland, this waterside home is ideally suited for water travelers as it has docking for two boats and the deep water is perfect for crabbing and fishing. This waterside home is a great place to unwind, watch the sun rise, lounge, enjoy family outings, or simply entertain guests in a relaxing environment on the spacious deck while firing up the grill!

The house is fully equipment with all the modern conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully equipment with modern stainless steel appliances and is located within walking distance of the Naval Academy PX.

Cantler's Riverside Inn is just around the corner where you can get the best seafood and steamed crabs in town, all year long, while overlooking the water. Five minutes away, leisurely shopping can be enjoyed with a stroll down Maine Street in historic downtown Annapolis to find antique shops, exotic coffee and tea houses, and a host of international and seafood restaurants.

Visit West Annapolis, four minutes away, to find bike rentals, a spa retreat, art studios, and more antique spots!

If your family loves the outdoors they will love this property! Ten minutes away is Quiet Waters Park where they can rent a kayak or paddleboat. Sandy Point Beach is nearby to just go swimming! Hiking and biking is an awesome year round activity on the gorgeous trails which start just three minutes away.

Miniature golf and a golf driving range is 10 minutes away on Route 2. Golf courses are close by in the area.

Baltimore:
25 minutes to Baltimore Inner Harbor, where you find the National
Aquarium, paddle boats, harbor cruises, Science Museum, Fort McHenry (the battle that inspired The Star Spangled Banner), the Maritime Museum. Also near the Orioles' stadium at Camden Yard, and the famous Baltimore Ravens' M&T Bank stadium. Lots more to do and see in the City.

Washington DC:
30 minutes to downtown Washington DC and the Smithsonian Mall, with more galleries, museums and memorials than you can see in a day. Of course there's the White House, Congress and the Supreme Court. Just across the river are Arlington Cemetery, the Pentagon and the new Air Force Memorial along with several other historic museums. Luxury shops abound throughout the city. There are also a variety of performances at the Kennedy Center.

Beautiful waterfront property

This cute cottage was a perfect family get away. The house is fully stocked with all you need, and spotlessly clean. Perfect home away from home. Minutes from downtown Annapolis, yet far away enough to enjoy the quiet cove, wildlife, and beautiful water views. We definitely will be back! Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Relaxing visit

My husband stayed here during his visit to our son and had an extremely enjoyable stay! The view was amazing. Marilyn was super kind and accommodating! We will definitely be returning.

Family getaway

We loved our stay. The home is cute, the backyard was serene and Marylin was a friendly. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay away from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy the Annapolis downtown and amazing food.

Amazing Stay

Overall this was the most amazing experience from the location and the house itself to the property manager. The property manager was so amazing and made sure that if you needed anything in your stay they would make it happen. They were also very good about communication and responding quickly. On top of all of this the house itself is amazing and in the perfect location. Whether you want to have a chill getaway or explore Annapolis and the other amazing locations around it is the perfect house.

The home served it's purpose as a place to have a lunch with family, other than that I would not stay here again. The owner sends you an agreement the day before check in that is not listed in the VRBO platform with crazy “suggestions” and rules. I.e being your own linens. The owner has the thermostat locked and you can't adjust it. I texted her late in the evening asking her to please turn off the heat, as it was 78 degreas inside the home and she did not respond. I eventually called her and she did turn it off. We also ran out of toilet paper and once again I texted asking if there was a supply closet we could grab some from and again no response. I called her and she was appalled that we were calling to ask her about toilet paper and said that they left plenty on the roll when they were at the house the day before. She told me to read the information board and direct myself to the nearest store. I also mentioned that we were concerned about purchasing the correct brand because in her “agreement” that she makes you sign says how fragile the septic system is. She was just baffled that I was calling her about this. The home can accommodate 6 people max and the beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. I will not rebook this home.

Embarrassed and helpless

The house was beautiful the view was the only thing that was accurate. The house is 2100 square feet that is a finished living space the basement is not finished and is the ultimate frat house hangout. Not somewhere you would entertain educated affluent adults. The kitchen lacks the necessities to be able to entertain a simple dinner party. No measuring cups measuring spoons, large mixing bowls, glass or nonstick corning ware only one steak knife.and two small knives that were not very sharp. The house only has 3 bedrooms and a loft . There is NOT 4 bedrooms and there is not two double futons in the loft. The sofa bed in the loft needs to be replaced and is absolutely useless. The sofa in the living room is disgusting. It smells like iron and has a tin of stains on it. So do the dining room chairs. When Dr June went to sit down and he saw the stains on his chair, the look on his face was devastating. I have never been so embarrassed. We had to put two people up I. Hotels because we didn’t have the space for them due to misrepresentation of the home. The kitchen counter outlets didn’t work at all. Only the one on the island. The dryer vent hose was not attached to the back of the dryer when we went to do all the laundry . My uncle and aunt were able to put it back on but we could t push the dryer back into place due to the vent hose being Damaged and falling back off. All we were trying to do was take care of our out of town guests for our daughters wedding.

Guy trip!

The house was great. We were able to dock a 26 foot boat there with no problem. It’s up a creek and In a cove with calm water. Great proximity to annapolis, less than 15 minutes. House was clean and as described. Had a great time!

Great place for a girls weekend

The home was beautiful with great views of the water and everything you can want in a rental home. We were there for a girls weekend and there was plenty of space to mingle on the deck and in the living areas without feeling to crowded, and close to town for daily activities or a night out. Marilyn was responsive and answered all of the questions we had both before and during the trip. The weather didn't cooperate with activities on the water but the dock was beautiful and we look forward to returning in order to take advantage of the water front location. Great stay all around

Nice place in Annapolis

Right on water and 10 min or less from downtown Annapolis. Dog friendly - which is nice and rare in Annapolis. Large yard and deck which is ideal.

Great Stay

We had a blast at Marilyn's home. The location was perfect for quick access to USNA and the exchange. The view was wonderful. Our kiddos had a blast fishing off the dock. Our guests loved the location and meandered from the backyard, to the deck, to the open living space. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Location Location Location. We loved the property and location of this place. Nice quiet area on the bay and close enough to attractions. I rated this a 4star only because the fishing dock was missing several planks that are near a ft wide making it unsafe for my children to hang out and fish with me. Thermostat is also controlled by the homeowner. I didn't want to text homeowner to change temp. The fireplace in living room was a light switch away to keep things comfortable when it got a little chilly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and property. We also loved the fact that we could bring our dogs.

Best time and view!

We had a group of 10 girls from all over so we had about 7 cars. The cars all fit well with enough room to drive in and out. The house was so large with enough space to sleep and hang out. The outdoor area was fantastic and the views incredible. It was a very quick drive or Uber ride to downtown Annapolis. The host was so easy to contact, friendly, and helpful! Great spot and we all had a great time!

Family wedding I. Town

Great communication with super-friendly owner. Sleeps 8, not 10 as stated in ad. Has king, queen, 2 twin beds and pull out couch I. Loft which is not so great. Had some concerns about the back staircase down to yard and back decking boards but owner stated that she would look into this. Beautiful view and plenty of space to stretch out in.
