Our pool is a major highlight, however:

The pool is not guaranteed as a year-round amenity
Typically too cool from approx. April/May–September/October
Heated via heat pump (weather dependent)
Usually warm during spring & autumn school holidays (guide only)

We are known to have one of the longest warm pool seasons in Yarrawonga, often earlier and later than others — but temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Absolutely Perfect!

Perfect set up for us with 20 adults enjoying our annual golf weekend away. Alex prepared the house to our liking and with everything in place we didn't have to leave the house. Too many options to point out but the layout of the house is very spacious with a large outdoor undercover decking BBQ area enjoyed by all. Oh yeah did I mention the pool which also got a workout and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Loved the place and our stay so much that we've decided to book the sane place annually. Thanks Alex!

The house was good, but was not cleaned, there was hair and biscuits in the draws in bathrooms, dishes that still had food on them in the cupboards, coffee machines were dirty, the bbq was not cleaned, the outdoor area was dirty also. Showers had mould on them, disappointing really, needs a really good scrubbing.The screen doors didn’t close so there were bugs everywhere inside.

The house was an excellent fit for us and our extended family. It was very hot so the aircon in all rooms worked a treat. The pool also was terrific for the kids.The dining room was great for sitting all the guests - 13 in total plus provided ample room for kids activities. The kitchen was also spacious providing ample room for meal prep.

From the time of booking and ongoing Alex has been a delight to communicate with. The few little hiccups on arrival were dealt with quickly and efficiently. That we were able to have our little dog with us over the weekend and that she was welcome in the home was a blessing. The 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodated us all beautifully and as a result our family has rebooked for our 2026 gathering.

Fantastic sized home with lots of space so you’re not sitting on top of each other we had a group of 16 stay and we all enjoyed our time in Yarrawonga. Communication was amazing and Alex was so helpful along the way with any planning or questions we may of had. If you were looking for a place to stay and get away with friends or family this is a place for you.
