Kings House - SOLAR POOL! *FREE night June-Aug for Fri/Sat booking! Enquire!

* WINTER SPECIAL | Book a Friday and Saturday night from June to August and get the Thursday or Sunday night free (if available), just book then let me know and I will amend free of charge!
* Except school holidays and long weekends.

Kings house is a modern large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house situated a short 500 meter stroll from town centre as well as the playground and pool area on the foreshore of Lake Mulwala. Kings House is now featuring it's own in ground pool.

This pool is solar heated. It is NOT gas/electric which means it will be cold in winter. This heating system uses the sun's free energy and radiant heat to increase the temperature of your swimming pool. If there is no sun - there is no heating for the pool.

Extra high garage for undercover parking of tower ski boats.

Alfresco area capable of accommodating 12 people with built in BBQ, drinks fridge, ceiling speakers and cooling fans

Huge lounge room with leather couches and ping pong table for adults and kids alike.

Pets welcome on request, no additional cleaning fee, all costs inclusive on nightly rental basis

We had a great family stay at this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location for us with little ones and the hosts were great to get in touch with. Downside was the floors were not very clean - don't think they had been moped prior to our stay. Would stay here again.
