Seven of us enjoyed the Villa for 5 nights. It's big and roomy. The patio, where we spent much of our time in early October, had plenty of seating and a big table we used for big meals. The owner responded to us via WhatsApp promptly. Her team in town was not only responsive, but they cooked up fantastic, multi-course meal our first night (for an additional price). It was a delicious way to start our time there. They don't speak much English, but WhatsApp made essential communication easy. One team member also was able to give us a day-long tour of the area, including a national seashore park. We highly recommend this historic treasure.

An amazing stay all around. The team was so helpful and accommodating with our check in, check out, and questions. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The views were beautiful and the little town was a joy to spend time in. We opted for the private dinner at the house and it was one of the best meals I have had in my life. We definitely hope to be back someday! Thank you!

Great property and location

The property and location were amazing, absolutely stunning. The time we were there was a heat wave unfortunately so without proper AC it was a little hot.

Lovely house - very generous host left us many snacks etc. The driveway is a bit tough to navigate - recommend a small car - great location and views!

Amazing stay

We loved our time at Villa Simone. The property was beautiful, clean, and updated. The outdoor space was also perfect. We walked up into town and down to the beach everyday so the location was ideal. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay at Villa Simone again. Our host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Perfect place to stay

I strongly recommend this house. It’s located at the very center of everything you would want to visit. Close to the seaside and the cycle path of the Trabocchi but also close to the small village of San Vito and the shops. Ideal place to relax and visit the beauties around, it has a large patio and spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for your meals at home.

We had a most memorable stay here! All of our rooms were oceanview with their own bathrooms which was great for our group of 10. It was extremely clean and stocked with a nice assortment of items so that we didn’t have to shop right away. And our hosts prepared a delicious traditional menu on our last night. We enjoyed it on the patio as the moon was setting. And we had leftovers for the next day. How wonderful is that? If in Pescara, this property is worth a stay!

First the host of this property was exceptional. The service is concierge level. If you need a driver, a dinner, recommendations, they will assist. Everyone was so warm and friendly. The house is lovely. The kitchen is so well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a bathroom that is modernized. Outside there is a large patio surrounded by gardens where you can sit and enjoy the view which oversees the Adriatic. Also loved AC in each room operated separately so you can have personal preference for your temperature. Must check out the town accessible by steps across the street. Very lovely with views to kill. Great cafe and pizzeria. Also has a market. The beach is a 7 minute walk by stairs. Not bad down but challenging on the return. Beach clubs are available. I would rate our stay a 10 1/2 if I could.

No-brainer

I've traveled a bunch and this house, top to bottom, is the dream. Waking up to the Adriatic, soaring ceilings, modern amenities, the peacefulness of the attic, no stone left unturned... I'd buy every inch of it if I could. An it'd be worth every penny. xoxox

Charming and Magical

This house and location is so beautiful! The host thought of literally every single thing you could need during your stay plus more. Cinzia helped us secure a taxi from and back to the train station. She checked with us to make sure everything was going well. She is so kind and helpful! This is a great location! We walked up the hill to a delicious pizzeria and the magical town one night. The next day, we walked down the path to the sandy, refreshing beach. Afterwards, we figured out how to find and take a bus to the top of the hill. There’s a great market near the bus drop off where we bought ingredients to cook our dinner at Villa Simone. The people were so friendly and helpful in San Vito. It truly was my favorite location in Italy, so far!

Truly a magical experience!

Words cannot describe the feeling of this beautiful property. Everything from the welcoming host, furnishings, amenities and location were nothing short of top notch! We also witnessed a beautiful thunder and lighting storm from our balconies which gave way to a glorious sunny morning! Our stay was way to short but Villa Simone is highly recommended.

la villa gode di un panorama eccezionale

Quando arrivi la prima cosa che ti colpisce è la vista sul mare, sublime! il parcheggio è ampio e lo spazio esterno anche, il patio è ben strutturato con un bel mattonato e accessoriato con ombrelloni, lettini e tavoli di ottima qualità, bellissimi i vasi e gli oggetti che riempiono gli spazi. Gli interni sono molto grandi ben distribuiti e ben arredati, ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno con tutti gli accessori possibili, quello che si nota è la grande attenzione della proprietaria per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Il check-in è stato perfetto, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Anita sono veramente un elemento in più. Termino con un grazie a tutti gli operatori che hanno contribuito a renderci il soggiorno incantevole, spero proprio di ritornare.

La maison est grande et magnifique. L acceuil est toujours au top. Le village est super si on ne recherche pas un endroit trop touristique. Seul bémol, la route à proximité un peu bruyante

Séjour magnifique

La maison est splendide, bien équipée et propre. La gérante a été aux petits soins tout le long du séjour. Elle a été bienveillante et nous a proposé beaucoup d activités afin de découvrir cette belle région. La vue de la maison est magnifique.
